Great hotel but area not for us
Pros:

Hotel very clean and modern
Great breakfast
Loved the bar area. Very relaxing after a day exploring
Staff all very helpful

Cons:

This is a red light district and people on street corners right outside hotel. Not sure what the hotel can do about it but we didn’t feel safe at night coming home . For that reason only, we wouldn’t return.

Fabulous few days in Copenhagen
Pros:

The room was very clean and nicely decorated, as were the common areas. Normal room size for europe, not huge but fine for two of us. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom all fine, shower good. Excellent location close to station and walkable to many sights. Staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Just to warn anyone for whom it might be an issue - there is an “erotic” shop over the road with window displays. I’d already seen this on a previous review so was ready for it (travelling with 11yo) so thought I’d continue to pass on the info to future travellers. I know it won’t be an issue for probably 97% of us!

About 5 mins walk to/ from Central station which is quiet convenience.
Approx. 10-15 mins by train from central station to airport.

Super nette Mitarbeitende, perfekte Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, direkt hinter dem Bahnhof und nur etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe, sodass wir fast alles bequem zu Fuss machen konnten. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben wir nur einmal den Bus genommen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die extrem freundlichen Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Dank des Vorab Check-in verlief auch der gesamte Check-in sehr schnell und unkompliziert.

Ein tolles Extra fanden wir zudem das nachhaltige Konzept bezüglich der Zimmerreinigung. Da wir auf die tägliche Reinigung verzichtet haben, durften wir zwischen drei verschiedenen Vorteilen wählen, zum Beispiel einem 100 Kronen Gutschein für ein Getränk, 50 % Rabatt auf eine Fahrradmiete oder einer Bodylotion.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Lokacija je odlična . Metro stanica odmah iza hotela. Odlična metro veza sa aerodromom. Par dobrih restorana našli smo blizu hotela .
Rentanje bicikla u hotelu je dobro funkcioniralo. Soba je bila solidna. Prostrana i udoban madrac.

Cons:

Jako slaba ponuda hrane na doručku. Razočaravajuće za hotel sa 4 zvjezice. Sva četiri dana boravka ponuda identična. Hodnici nisu baš čisti i miris u hodnicima je neugodan.

Cons:

We were a group of 4 seniors. We could have been offered a helping hand with our luggage especially that 2 us had to climb a flight of 6 steps to reach our room. And you had a luggage carrier.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Copenhague et ses environs
Pros:

Chambre très silencieuse sur le patio intérieur. Peut-être est-ce un peu moins vrai sur la rue ?
Très bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet, varié et copieux.
A 3 minutes à pied se la station de métro (M3, M4) ou de la gare centrale de Copenhague.
