The 8 parking spaces at the New Hôtel Charlemagne are offered to guests on a first-come, first-served basis (upon availability).

Parking for a maximum of 4h30 at a pay and display machine or via APP/SMS.

The regulated period runs from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday inclusive, except on public holidays

Nice location near the city center and a decent bed.

Cons:

The shower enclosure seals aren't watertight, so water splashes out and wets the floor while showering. We informed the staff, and she acknowledged the issue, but when we returned in the evening, nothing had been done; we had to use our own towels to clean up the water.

Belle chambre, belle vue, proximité du parc du 50 aire et des institutions européennes, emplacement idéal pour visiter Bruxelles.

Prístup personálu, neochota pri komunikácii, v kúpeľni neboli doplnené kozmetické obrúsky (ak nerátam posledný v obale), smotana do kávy bola pokazená, takmer prázdny obal s vyzrážanou pokazenou smotanou na vrchu)

Cons:

The room did not have air-conditioning during a very hot day. It was uncomfortable to be in the room. I was told that the a/c does not work in some rooms. During a visit a few months ago on a cold day, the heating was not working. Obviously there is a problem with the heating/cooling system that has not been fixed.
