Pros:

Sevim qui était à l’accueil était très gentille et amicale.
La vue de chambre était super. L’emplacement était super, très facile à prendre le métro, les parkings public juste devant du hôtel..

Cons:

La salle de bain n’était pas totalement propre ( il y avait des cheveux des gens avant nous) . Le petit déjeuner n’était pas suffisant avec le cafe du thermos

Pros:

Location, and staff were great and friendly which added a big value

Cons:

The wifi did not work on my iphone in the room, only in the lobby which was a bit annoying, however my sister android was connecting.

Mats are quite old, overall was great for 2 nights stay.

Für den Preis haben wir mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Zum Vergleich mit anderen Hotels war dies ziemlich sauber.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren bereits stark abgenutzt und sollten dringend erneuert werden. Im Badezimmer ließ sich der Duschkopf kaum richtig nutzen, da die Halterung nicht funktionierte und er ständig herunterrutschte, sodass man ihn selbst festhalten musste. Außerdem wirkte der Kühlschrank sehr unhygienisch und ungepflegt.

le New Hotel Charlemagne n'a de "nouveau" que le nom : chambre et parties communes nécessitent des travaux de rénovation et réameublement rapides ! dans la chambre, les meubles sont vieillots et abîmés, la moquette est passée et tâchée, les chambranles de fenêtres sont très abîmés, la literie est mauvaise, trop vieille.
On m'a dit de préciser que la présentation de Booking.com était erronée de la faute de Booking.com ; en effet, bien que j'aie réservé une chambre supérieure, avec peignoir et chaussons d'après le descriptif de Booking.com, l'hôtel m'a dit que ce n'était pas inclus et que Booking.com se trompait.
Le petit déjeuner est très insuffisant en quantité (plus rien de chaud à 9h alors que le petit déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 10h30) et en qualité
