Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We accidentally left several clothing items in the closet of our room and returned to retrieve them. However, we were given only part of our belongings back. Approximately half of our clothing, worth around $600, was missing, and what made the situation even more concerning was that only the empty hangers remained where the clothes should have been.
We expected the hotel to take this matter seriously, but instead we were told that nothing could be done. When we asked for an investigation or for security footage to be reviewed, we were told that they could not help. To make matters worse, the housekeeping supervisor told us that “it could have been worse, and you could have gotten nothing back.” This was an incredibly unprofessional and insensitive response to a guest who was reporting hundreds of dollars worth of missing property.
What disappointed us most was not only the loss of our belongings, but the complete lack of accountability, concern, and effort to investigate what happened. We trusted this hotel and expected much better treatment.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values the security of their belongings or expects professional customer service.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast and super facilities….laundry, pools, etc.
The cabinet in room 146 needs to either be refinished or replaced. Looks really ratty. I don’t usually pay attention to furnishings, but this piece looked way out of place…scratched and very worn looking.
