Хотелось бы чтобы отель чуточку лучше заботился о своих гостях

1. Расположение отеля
2. Неплохие завтраки, разнообразный выбор

Cons:

1. Номер оказался слишком маленьким, не соответствовал нашим ожиданиям по комфорту.
2. В отеле было очень холодно. Система кондиционирования/отопления работала крайне плохо, поэтому нам пришлось отдельно просить обогреватель, чтобы в номере было комфортно находиться.
3. При бронировании я заранее уточнила возможность раннего заезда, так как наш рейс прилетал ночью. Я специально спрашивала о стандартной услуге раннего заселения, когда можно заехать раньше официального времени check-in с доплатой, но не оплачивать полные дополнительные сутки проживания. Мне подтвердили, что такая возможность есть. Однако по приезду нам сообщили, что ранний заезд возможен только при оплате полных суток проживания. Более того, номер для нас заранее подготовлен не был - нам предложили свободный номер рядом с лифтом, который был холодным и выглядел неуютным и неподготовленным.

hotel prestigieux avec de nombreux services . cadre intérieur de l'hotel magnifique . piscine intérieure tres agréable avec une tres large plage horaire .
petit déjeuner varié
chambre spacieuse avec douche et baignoire . bonne propreté
emplacement : en plein quartier dynamique avec commerces malls et restaurants ainsi que supermarchés
proche du métro

Cons:

une laverie serait parfaite mais je peux comprendre que cela ne cadre pas avec un 5 étoiles

Pros:

El hotel es hermoso, excelentes instalaciones.
La habitación fue muy confortable, con todo lo necesario.

Sehr zentral und sauber.

Cons:

Keiner spricht wirklich Englisch. Sehr schwierig, wenn man den Room-Service per Telefon anfordern muss. Sehr schlechtes WLAN. Koffer werden nicht zum Zimmer gebracht. Personal eher unfreundlich. Keine Instruktion beim Check-in, was man wo im Hotel überhaupt findet (Angebote). Der Pool ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Very satisfied stay
Pros:

Location was perfect, waking distance to the shopping street and subway station. The room was clean & spacious . Bed was very comfortable. Guest reception staff was helpful & friendly especially the intern bell boy , Jack 贺连杰 whom was very attentive
