Great stay in a central location
Pros:

Central location, easy access to Wangfujing shopping street with lots of dining options. Room was comfortable and housekeeping attended to our requests promptly. Concierge also kindly helped with our requests, and also with receiving of parcels. Breakfast was of a good variety - western pastries, Chinese porridge, Chinese stir fry, cereal, coffee, egg station.

Cons:

Lipsa bideului sau a dusului de wc este un inconvenient. Pentru 5* dimensiunile camerei si ale bai ni s-au parut mici.

Super clean, the beds have mattresses protectors and I learned they change this with every guest👍👍👍

Pros:

Отель удобно расположен, близко к запретному городу, к пешеходной улице и торговому центру. Удобный номер. Завтраки очень вкусные, большой выбор блюд на разные вкусы, 3 кофемашины, очередей не было. Особенно хочется отметить работу персонала. Сотрудник, встретивший нас при приезде у такси, понял, что таксист хотел обмануть нас с ценой поездки (попросил в 2,5 раза больше нормальной цены). Сотрудник отеля помог вернуть нам 200 юаней, которые мы переплатили! К сожалению не знаю его имя, но огромное ему спасибо за такое неравнодушие и внимание!
