Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon zum Innenhof. Es war alles sehr sauber.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Richtig gut hat uns das Frühstück gefallen. Die Location ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es war alles sehr gepflegt; ein wunderbares Ambiente. Es gab sehr viel Auswahl in allen Bereichen. Verschiedene Brotsorten, verschiedene Brötchen, grosse Auswahl an Obst, Aufschnitt, Käse, gebratene Kleinigkeiten, viele Marmeladensorten und, und, und. Hervorheben muss ich die unfassbare Vielfalt an der Müslibar, dort bleibt kein Wunsch unerfüllt! Das Frühstück war ne glatte 10!

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist nicht optimal. Es gibt ein kleines Parkhaus ums Eck, alternativ muss man im Parkhaus am Hauptbahnhof parken. Das finde ich -als Frau- nicht schön.

leider eine negatives Erlebnis durch die defekte Klimaanlage! Rest vom Hotel war wie immer super und freundliches Person
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof Düsseldorf entfernt. Superfreundliches Personal!

Cons:

grundsätzlich ist die Hotelkette ja echt super! Aber wenn die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, bei 30° und man jede Nacht schwitzt wie ein Schwein! Dann ist das Hotel leider eher miserabel! Schade!

Die Lager ist ideal in die Mitte Stadt zunah zu Geschäften nicht zu weit von Königsallee.

Spijtig van het sofabed
Pros:

Personeel aan de balie is supervriendelijk - ook de mensen van het ontbijt waren heel vriendelijk

Cons:

Wij waren met 3 personen waardoor iemand in de kamer op het sofabed moest slapen. Dat bed was echt verschrikkelijk. Gelukkig waren de andere bedden 1,40 breed en konden we daardoor met 2 in zo 1 bed slapen. Maar normaal was dat niet de bedoeling aangezien we een kamer voor 3 hadden gevraagd. Dat was echt wel een heel slecht punt. Als de kamer verhuurd wordt aan 3 personen moet die daar ook voor voldoen. Dat sofabed was echt niet geschikt om een volwassene op te laten slapen - je voelde gewoon de veringen in je rug en het bed zakte in het midden in.

Lage und sehr freundliches Service-Personal

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ist/war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Modernisierung, wie ich es schon in anderen Leonardos gesehen habe, wird langsam notwendig. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte noch nicht, dadurch war es bei dem schönen Wetter durchaus sehr warm im Zimmer.

Great location, comfortable bed, big room
Pros:

Very good location near the central station but still quiet, walking distance to Little Tokyo, friendly staff, comfortable bed and spacious room

Cons:

On one day of my stay there was a false fire alarm going off at like 6:45am, people were panicking, the safety doors were locked, which would have been really bad in case of an actual fire and sadly the staff handled it very poorly neither calming the guests nor communicating that it was in fact a false alarm - also there was no explanation or apology for the incident
