Pros:

Frühstück war gut, Kaffee leider eher weniger gut. Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Hbf ist super, mit der U-Bahn kommt man von dort auch überall schnell hin, was in Düsseldorf interessant sein könnte.

Schöner Eingangsbereich, tolles Parkangebot von Seiten des Hotels. Personal durchweg nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Konzept des Hotels erscheint bemüht. Personal durchweg nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lässt noch Wünsche offen . Die Sauberkeit leider auch. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber gereinigt. Flecken( Spritzer) am Sessel, im WC Bereich nicht gut gereinigt. Das Zimmer war sehr staubig. Die Betten hatten mal eine gute Matratze und gehören dringend getauscht ( durch ) !!

Pros:

Wir haben sowohl vor unserem Hinflug als auch nach dem Rückflug im Leonardo übernachtet. Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist super.
