Ideal location and suitably sized to cater for larger parties as a base for Dusseldorf
Pros:

Well located just a short walk from the station. 24 hour reception on-hand and willing to help. Free water and coffee pods daily for your room.
Great powerful and hot shower, in suitably sized rooms - both clean and modern.

Cons:

Towels and duvets rather small.
No irons in room, and in fact the ironing room is all the way back to reception, through the bar/restaurant and into a back room - would be much easier to have one per floor (or in rooms).
