DIRTY and not to the level that I am accustomed to with other Comfort Suites.
Pros:

Location, nice staff a front desk.

Cons:

The floors in my room looked like they had never been mopped. Dirty footprints in the entryway and a filthy bathroom floor. I went to breakfast at 8:15 AM and there was barely any food left and it was not being refilled. this must be a franchise in the franchise owner must not care. I don’t even know if they have housekeeping and if they do, they are not doing their job.

Pros:

We enjoyed a comfortable and cozy room. We loved having the extra office space and sofa bed to give our teenagers room to stretch out in. Desk area came in handy because it was needed for a Zoom meeting.

Cons:

Breakfast area was small and cramped. It would be nice if they had more space between tables.

Great location

Cons:

This is definitely an older hotel that could use updating. Breakfast was just ok. Dining area is way too small and it was hard to find an open table. There were hot options, but they ran out of sausage pretty early both of the mornings we were there, and didn't replenish it. No fruit. Yogurt was two large containers that everyone was supposed to scoop from. Yuck.

Didnt even check in all the way , rude GM.. dont recommend at all.
Cons:

General manager was not friendly at all. Was confrontational. Ai assistant on call, they claim was no longer getting used fully being used.

Would stay again if in the area
Pros:

My husband was very impressed with the breakfast provided. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were very nice bathroom amenities, I particularly loved the citrus scented lotion.

Cons:

The tub was kind of creaky, gave me minor worries about it breaking as I was taking my shower and although it was very comfortable, the sofa made farty noises upon sitting and standing up. 😁
