Everything from checking to checkout was exceptional.

Cons:

Only issue was third party not sending info to Drury on confirmation, but staff at Drury handled it with a smile.

Desagradable.
Cons:

El baño estaba muy sucio, y el colchón muy malo se hundía a la mitad del colchón y cuando entramos el olor no era agradable.
Tengo 4 años de visitar San Antonio y este mismo hotel con mi familia y amistades y siempre lo recomiendo, pero las últimas dos veces que fui, fue muy desagradable.

A great place to relax.
Pros:

The Drury Plaza San Antonio Airport was a great place to stay overnight. The front desk representatives were great. AppleBees being right next door was covenant for dinner. The room was roomy. We did not feel cramped at all. The convenience of the refrigerator was great for the medication we needed to keep cold. We did not use the microwave. The shower head was nice. The room was clean and the climate was nice. It was comforting that the parking was gated. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time.
Pros:

I enjoyed the free hot breakfast and the hot dinner/evening gathering was absolutely wonderful and such a nice treat. My husband and I had gone there for the PGA Golf tournament and on Saturday got rained out so the evening dinner was wonderful and we actually spend another night to catch Sunday's round and still got rained on but not as bad. We liked that Applebee's was right next door as well for cocktails too.

Cons:

My husband had a situation with a few staff members on saturday night and went down stairs for a beer and one staff member went to go get the bartender but stayed in the back with the bartender and never came back out. He could hear them talking but got tired of waiting after 45 minutes and my husband finally left. He was not a happy person. All he wanted was a beer.
