Pros:

I liked the pool, the food was great, and the staff was friendly! Great place to stay and it's next to an Applebee's.

I love the DRURY

Everything from checking to checkout was exceptional.

Cons:

Only issue was third party not sending info to Drury on confirmation, but staff at Drury handled it with a smile.

Like going home
Pros:

The Drury Plaza San Antonio is the go to place for my husband and myself. The staff always welcomes us like we are family. It’s like “Welcome home!”
We stay there when we fly in and out because the shuttle service is excellent. The drivers are always courteous and friendly.
We, also, go up to stay and have our grandson stay over with us. He is 10 now so he appreciates the food (both breakfast and dinner) but his favorite is the pool.

Desagradable.
Cons:

El baño estaba muy sucio, y el colchón muy malo se hundía a la mitad del colchón y cuando entramos el olor no era agradable.
Tengo 4 años de visitar San Antonio y este mismo hotel con mi familia y amistades y siempre lo recomiendo, pero las últimas dos veces que fui, fue muy desagradable.
