A hotel experience better than any
Pros:

I so much liked the service I received at Drury that I inquired about its origins. The great news is that the owner was a humble gentleman who instilled pure humility into his family. Mr. Drury would, at times, drive his employees from one destination to another to hear and feel their presence. Please expand Drury Hotels to Baltimore, MD, a metropolis less than 35 miles away from the White House in Washington, DC

AMAZING over customer service
Pros:

Airport Drury location is the best, front desk is so friendly and they know there customers. When we walk in they already know who we are. Amazing customer service, clean, manager are always visible, their breakfast employees are making sure the location is clean and friendly outgoing and make it very inviting for everyone that is there. Love everything about it!

Excellent staff, very easy check-in and out process with free parking and shuttle to and from the airport.
Pros:

Excellent location to the airport. Covered garage parking up to 30 days included for no additional charge. Free shuttle to and from the airport that runs from 3:30 a.m. till 12:30 a.m. and will also drop off and pick up anywhere within 1 mile radius. 3 free happy hour drinks per person and a very decent happy hour buffet.

Our son lives in San Antonio. Next time we come visit, we will stay here again.
Pros:

It was excellent. The only wish was that they would’ve served bacon, but they served everything else. Aaron, the general manager was so friendly and helpful. He greeted guests every morning that we were there, including us at breakfast. Very friendly and nice. We also noticed how kindly he treated his own staff. Most likely he is the reason why this hotel is operating so smoothly.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything that was unsatisfactory.
