Perfect, I would 10/10 recommend and stay there again
Pros:

Rooms are comfortable, staff is super kind and helpful, food was delicious, transfer to the airport was real fast, loved everything

Cons:

Nothing, it is the best hotel stay I have ever had

Property is clean staff was really nice besides a girl at the bar was really rude I guess she wasnt having a good day and being rude to guest other that that everything was good this bad experience with the girl serving at the bar was on saturday 9/6 wasnt able to read her name tag but my wife said her name was kassie oy cassie something around there another girl there named was alyssa but she good other that other employee

The Worst Experience we ever had/ and it will be our last stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel.

Cons:

The Eggs, Sausage Patties, Potatoes, Gravy, & Biscuits were cold. no Microwave the reheat the items, No Orange Juice in the machine, water flow out instead. The room was so small & dusty. Human hair on the towels & the floor, the bed lumpy & very uncomfortable.

This is a great value.
Pros:

We stayed here last year and were really impressed with the free food; the breakfast was excellent. Last year were on a tight schedule and had already planned our agenda, so we didn't get to take advantage of the free stuff. The ride to the river was short. The parking was free, which made it a clincher.

Cons:

Can't expect this for the hotel price, but a shuttle to the river would have been great. We would pay extra for this.
