This was my first time staying at a Drury property and, because of the great service I experienced, it won’t be my last!
Pros:

The staff were welcoming and genuinely kind. The complimentary breakfast and kickback dinner and snacks were amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Cons:

Parking fills up fast in the evening because the garage is shared with another hotel. However, the parking security helped us find a spot and I was at ease leaving my car there knowing they were patrolling the area.

Pros:

It is a great deal for those of us who have an early flight. The facilities are predictably neat and clean; the staff is wonderfully polite and efficient. I think every hotel should take lessons from Drury on how to treat their customers.

Cons:

Not a thing.

My stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Airport was absolutely perfect from arrival to departure, thanks to an amaz
Pros:

Everything about my recent stay was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, the service was flawless. The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Breakfast each morning was top-notch, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent kickoff hour, which was a fantastic addition to my stay. Highly recommend!
