An okay stay, but
Pros:

The location was pretty, prompt response when resolving issues (no hot water to cabin), staff were friendly

Cons:

Adjacency to sewerage treatment plant (foul smell of an evening), no communication as to ongoing construction within the park (trucks entering park from as early as 8am), general state of the cabin/amenities

Pleasant and comfortable and well appointed
Pros:

Clean.
Plenty of room in the villa.
Mostly well maintained
Kitchen necessities provided.
Quiet(ish) location.
Ensuite to master... Kids had separate bathroom.
Pool and BBQ facilities were well maintained and clean

Cons:

Regular worker customers made lots of noise each work day at 6.30am, waking everyone as they banged around in their truck, causing the entire villa to rock like in an earthquake.
Resident roaming around site with music blaring who decided to stop and roll smokes for 15 minutes at our verandah. His dog was cool though.
Very strong odour from the caravan dump points for the entire week requiring all villa windows to remain closed at all times.
Bedroom doors didn't line up so didn't all close fully. Very noisy (woke other guests) when opening / closing.
