hotel classico e elegante no coração de Viena.
Pros:

A localização e elegancia do hotel.

Cons:

GREAT HOLLIDAY , LOVELY PEOPLE
Pros:

THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND SPACIOUS . GREAT LOCATION OF THE HOTEL .EXCELENT BREAKFAST.

Cons:

THE STAFF WAS GREAT , BUT I THINK THAT IT WILL BE NICE AND MORE FRIENDLY TO KNOW THE NAME OF THE STAFF.
IN EVERY OTHER HOTELS THE STAFF HAVE A BADGE WITH THEIR NAMES.
