Das Sacher ist Kult!
Pros:

Das Sacher ist Kult, Eine wahrhaftige Legende. Der Flair, die Geschichte sind unbezahlbar. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, die Betten sehr angenehm und die Klimaanlage war hervorragend eingestellt. Im Badezimmer befand sich auch, was heute leider bei den absoluten Spitzenhotels nicht immer der Fall ist, eine Toilettenbürste.

Die Reise war ein verspätetes Geburtstagsgeschenk und auf dem Zimmer war eine Sachertorte in einer Holzgeschenkbox. Was für eine Freude! Danke!

Das Frühstück war auf absoluten Spitzenniveau. Es gab ein Buffet. Die Warmspeisen konnte man direkt am Tisch bestellen und wurden unverzüglich geliefert und waren wirklich warm.

Auch der Service in der Bar, Lobby, Rezeption, Concierge waren absolute Spitze. Ein Höhepunkt der Reise war der Besuch im Restaurant "Rote Bar". Die Schnitzel sind sensationell, auch wenn im Vergleich zu den vergangenen Jahren die Portion in der normalen Größe deutlich reduziert wurde. Dennoch vollkommen ausreichend.

Der wahre Schatz des Sachers sind seine Mitarbeiter. Natürlich sind die Servicekräfte zur Freundlichkeit geschult. Als Gäste, die viele legendäre Hotels bereits besucht haben, sind uns die ehrliche Freundlichkeit dennoch positiv ausgefallen.

Besonders die freundliche Dame aus Mazedonien beim Frühstück ( Tisch in der "Grünen Bar" war traumhaft), Herrn Tana Caesar als Wagenmeister und Sara von der Gästebetreuung sind wahrlich eine Zierde für das Sacher.

Wien ganz froh und stolz sein neben dem imperialen Hotel das Sacher zu haben. Wie gesagt: Eine LEGENDE!!!

Cons:

Da gibt es eigentlich wenig zu sagen. Das Einchecken war ein wenig schwierig. Das eine Zimmer war fertig und das andere frei, aber nicht bezugsfertig. Wir waren dann zwei Stunden im Sacher-Café und als wir auf das fertige Zimmer gehen wollten, waren das Gepäck noch nicht auf dem Zimmer. Ein Anruf und zwei Minuten später war das Gepäck auf dem Zimmer. Das andere Zimmer war um 15:00 Uhr noch nicht fertig und die versprochene WhatsApp kam niemals an.
Dafür war die Freude bei der Rückkehr im Sacher um 20:30 Uhr mit der Torte umso größer.

Ala ein Mensch, der noch mit Videotext sozialisiert wurde, war es schade, dass die Videotextfunktion beim Fernseher nicht funktionierte. Aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten

Having stayed at many exceptional properties around the world—including the Four Seasons—I can honestly say that Hotel Sacher is in a class of its own. The elegance, history, and impeccable attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both timeless and unforgettable.

Every corner of the hotel reflects refined luxury, yet what truly sets it apart is the warmth and grace of its hospitality. The accommodations are exquisite, the service flawless, and the experience simply magical.

Einzigartig, lobenswert und diskussionswürdig.
Pros:

Ich kann es nicht genau erklären, aber im Hotel Sacher zu übernachten ist wie eine Reise in eine vergangene, aristokratische Ära, gleichzeitig aber auch in die moderne, futuristische Gegenwart. Man befindet sich quasi gleichzeitig in der Vergangenheit und in der Gegenwart. Und nicht zu vergessen: Man fühlt sich unglaublich weltoffen, wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut. Ich beobachtete die Straße und die vorbeifahrenden Autos, ein bisschen aus Neugier. Einige Touristen blieben stehen und schauten in meine Richtung. Sie dachten wohl, ich sei jemand Berühmtes und wollten ein Foto machen. Genau das vermittelt dieses besondere Gefühl. Obwohl ich selbst noch nie dort war, werde ich Menschen nicht nach Geld beurteilen. Jeder ist genauso wertvoll wie ich, niemand ist weniger wert als ich.

Cons:

Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden, vielleicht hätte ich etwas beanstandet, wenn ich länger geblieben wäre… wir werden sehen, was die Zukunft bringt, denn ich plane, bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Wien wieder im selben Hotel zu übernachten.
