Pros:

Everything was great. They even allow you to check in early for a fee, and with a small shop downstairs, the Wi-Fi worked great. It was easy to get in and out.

good price but expect unacceptable things

location was great. the room was clean. the toilet flushed properly.

Cons:

there was no proper lighting. The bed frame was metal and squeaked and clunked with every move. The tv remote was almost worthless. We had one packet of coffee for 2 people, for 2 days. The coffee in the lounge was undrinkable.

It was okay until we woke up the morning of our departure with BEDBUGS. An adult on the PILLOW and babies in the sheets. We asked for a full refund but were extended a refund of $10.25 (10% off the last night's room rate.) We declined their offer for 10% off our next stay. Sorry, there will NOT be a next stay. The desk clerk was lovely, the GM approved the 10% off our last night or nothing. We also left reviews on Google.

Pillows we too big and Hard ... didn't sleep well ... Ice machine next to are room started up every 10 minutes keeping me awake ... The eggs at breakfast were terrible!

Great place near many restaurants
Pros:

The front desk staff went over and above; so kind, helpful and accommodating during my stay. Allowing me to host a small gathering for my sister's 80th birthday in the lobby. Everything was perfect!

Cons:

Didn't get a chance to try the pool as it was too cold outside for me.
The elevator situation is different as it's located toward the back of the building away from the lobby.
