Bad customer service
Pros:

I could have a pet

Cons:

Staff was not customer friendly. No hot water in shower. Toilet backed up.

We drove 10hrs over night. Arrived about 1:15 pm. Checkin is 3pm.
I asked if at all possible I check in a little early. (Our room was already booked on line)She said no 3pm. Went out to our truck till 2:59 pm. Went back in she says( let me see if we have a room for you) I spoke up like really, are you kidding me, another employee came over and said " if you don't like it there's rooms down the street". When we finally got into our room , no hot water, and the toilet back up. I will never be back.

The pool cable every thing

Cons:

Their was a light odor...despite everything being cleaned. And bed was cozy..but nothing a candle couldn't fix

We found a live roach in the first room. Had to check all garments before being moved to a room different from what I paid for. Not offered any apologies. Seemed like a hassle for them.... Get what u pay for 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳
