El personal de recepcion no es lo que esperaba no tenian constància del pago por adelantado. Querian que pagara otra Vez la habitacion mas la retencion, no me acordaba de mi PIN de tarjeta y cuando pregunte porque debian hacerme la retencion era porque no habia pagado la habitacion. Tuve que buscar el pago, enseñar la facura por E-mail… obvio hacen su trabajo però me parecio que les falto amabilitat y cercania.
