Uno de mis hoteles favoritos en Madrid!!
Pros:

Me dejaron un detalle en la habitación que encontré nada más llegar, y fue buenisimo.
La doble puerta de las habitaciones para aislar el sonido, también estupenda!
La cama es cómoda pero tener todas las almohadas diferentes para elegir es espectacular.
El chico que me hizo el check in fue muy amable y servicial, y me enviaron unas zapatillas a la habitación porque las solicité.
Incluso el personal de mantenimiento y el de seguridad que encontré fue muy servicial y atento cuando les pedi ayuda.
La habitación es super espaciosa y hay mucha luz, pero las cortinas aislan la luz perfectamente.
Además me dieron una habitación que se ajustaba a todas lo que yo habia pedido.

Cons:

Me he alojado varias veces en el hotel y, por decir algo: Desayuno espectacular con muchisimas opciones y sección gluten free muy buena, pero tengo la impresión de que tener que hacerse un café de máquina en un hotel como éste, creo que no llega a los estándares tan buenos que tiene el hotel. Además los tipos de leche que hay como opcion alternativa a la leche de la maquina hay que pedir que los calienten, quizás debería haber acceso a leche caliente para no tener que esperar. Pero esto no es tan importante teniendo en cuenta todo lo demás que aporta el hotel.
La pantalla del dispositivo que hay al lado de la cama proyecta demasiada luz.
No me pusieron agua nueva todos los dias en la habitación....
Pero todo esto realmente son extras, porque estuvo todo super bien!!!!!

Z wielką chęcią odwiedzę ponownie.
Pros:

Śniadania były bogate w wyborze. Atmosfera przyjemna i luksusowa. Personel miły i uśmiechnięty chętnie służył pomocą. Z okien pokoju na 11 pietrze widniała ładna panorama. Obiekt znajduje się blisko linii metra.

Cons:

Szklane drzwi do łazienki powodowały dyskomfort podczas korzystania szczególnie w wypadku wyjazdu rodzinnego. Zapach w lobby jest przyjemny ale może stać się przytłaczający dla gości z wrażliwym węchem.

enjoyed my stay, lots of options for transportation nearby
Pros:

the room was clean and spacious, good breakfast options. i had pretty much everything i needed in the room

Cons:

could hear my neighdbours speaking on the loud speaker with multiple people, hardly relaxing. also the robe and slippers were missing although my friend had them, reealised too late, but not a deal breaker

The Place Nice, But we’re not Happy with the Price.

Clean and Modern and friendly staff

Cons:

Thought from the Photos they have Swimming Pool in the Hotel. That’s why we book the Place. And we expected that we can use the Pool specially the Kids, and they were excited about it specially from the Hot Summer days.
It was not free for the Guests you have to pay 35€ per Day. And it was just only for Adult. Kids is not Allowed🙁🙁🙁.
Thank you for that. We are not Happy for that.
