Pros:

The staff and the facilities!

Cons:

The beds were not so comfort! I had a double room with single beds and i couldn’t sleep well in any of them! I guess it’s time to refresh the sheets too!
The hotel does not have a ramp to pull heavy suitcases, so you have to be quite fit to carry your suitcase down the stairs.

Beautiful hotel in a great location for The Bernabeu.

It was a beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff allowed us to check in a little early.

Cons:

It was expensive but i appreciate Madrid is at this time of year.
