We couldn't enjoy the city views due to the exterior blinds only allowing us to see 40% of the window, even when moved. Also, the electric blinds in the bathroom did not work.

Vía mensaje, pedí un late check out para las 7/8 pm, incluso con pago adicional y me lo aceptaron vía Booking. El día de mi salida, en el counter pedí lo mismo y me lo aceptaron. A las 6 pm recibí una llamada muy irrespetuosa pidiendo desajolar caso contrario tendría que pagar el día completo. Tuve que salir antes de lo esperado, con poco tiempo de arreglar maletas. Pésimo trato del empleado pidiendo desalojar y pésima coordinación.
