Ac not working, warm room
Staff resolved a booking issue that was neither our fault or the hotel's fault but would have cost us double had it not been resolved. We appreciated that. Friendly service.
Air conditioning was down in the building and it was muggy. We were booked in a room above the hotel dryer vents so when we opened the slider door, we got a good whiff of dryer exhaust. Not necessarily a bad odor. They did provide us with a box fan.
Pretty location
A/c down. Back patio door kept locking us out, key wouldn’t work. Staff didn’t care. Hot tub was cold the first night. Couldn’t leave back door open to get breeze because bugs kept flying in room.
Nice view
I stayed here 5 weeks ago and when we arrived they told us that a/c is being worked on on the first floor and it was SO HOT in the room (84°). I complained along with another guest. I told them they needed to put that on their website so people know before they book the room. The gal at the front desk said they would do that. I booked this room for my Mom and daughter this time. 5 weeks later....still no a/c!!!! $198 for a room that is hot af! To top it off, the toilet had not been cleaned from the previous person. There was dried pee all over the floor. I will not stay here again and will not recommend it.
The facility is very nice. It has a great breakfast. Beds were comfortable.
We were told about the issue with the air conditioning ahead of time but, I reserved a room with a balcony with the idea of being able to open a window or have a screened door to open. Our room was on the first floor with only a sliding glass door, no screen. So needless to say we did not leave it open for fresh air as we had planned being on the first floor looking out at the parking lot.

no AC with high 70 low 80's was given a box fan but no extension cord to reach sliding glass door. Was offered a reduction in fee but then when i came back was not available for a reduction. Light in bathroom did not work light around mirror was very dim

Location was great
Air conditioning didn't work, it was an 80° day, and they weren't willing to adjust the price. They did give us fans but it was still hot.
Clean, comfortable, hot tub, excellent polite staff, good view of the water front, nice building, decent breakfast.
Air conditioner was not working. But luckily, it was cool outside. They gave us a fan.
