C’est un trois étoiles, le prix ne reflète pas la valeur.
Pros:

Le buffet déjeuner étaient bons, mais les plats à la carte étaient médiocres et il y avait des patates déjeuners congelées.

Cons:

Premièrement, des tapis dans les chambres qui en plus étaient tachés.

Nous avons contacté le room service à 7:30 le samedi matin pour un petit déjeuner et c’était indisponible. Cela n’est pas à la mesure d’un hôtel de ce calibre/ nb d’étoiles.

Par la suite, nous sommes allé au restaurant et on nous a sèchement indiqué que le déjeuner ne commençait pas avant 8h le weekend.

Une attente interminable pour Check-out un dimanche matin à une heure raisonnable pusiqu’il y avait seulement 1 personne au front desk.

Had it been advertised as a 3* hotel at 3* pricing, it would have exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The grounds were well kept and pleasant to visit. The common areas were also very nice. Breakfast (not included) was okand restaurant staff were polite but not overly efficient.

Cons:

Our room in the ''Terzo'' section (more $$$) was about the same size as our friends rooms in the regular section and was not as well equiped. There was no map of the premises and no help was offered to get us to our room at registration.
