Had it been advertised as a 3* hotel at 3* pricing, it would have exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The grounds were well kept and pleasant to visit. The common areas were also very nice. Breakfast (not included) was okand restaurant staff were polite but not overly efficient.

Cons:

Our room in the ''Terzo'' section (more $$$) was about the same size as our friends rooms in the regular section and was not as well equiped. There was no map of the premises and no help was offered to get us to our room at registration.

Pros:

Les points positifs pour moi sont, le confort général de l'hôtel,qu'il y ait un gym, un sauna, un jacuzzi et une petite piscine.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner les fins de semaines(car pas en semaine), la propreté de l'hôtel et l'extreme gentillesse du personnel de ménage.

Cons:

Le fait qu'il n'y ait le buffet au petit déjeuner uniquement la fin de semaine et pas en semaine, alors que ça n'est pas indiqué sur Booking.
Nous sommes arrivés dans l'indifférence la plus complète!
Personne pour aider avec les valises, personnes pour nous accueillir, et personne a l'accueil lorsque nous sommes arrivés! il aura fallu attendre 5 bonnes minutes d'incompréhension avec d'autres clients pour comprendre que la seule et unique personne pour les Check-In était partie emmener un client a sa chambre!

De plus, 110$ de stationnement pour 3 jours!
(honteux pour une chambre a 2.100$)

Pourboires de 15% inscrits"inclus"sur les factures, mais tout de même demandé par les serveurs a la fin des petits déjeuners!
Ca fait donc des pourboires de 30% si vous ne faites pas attention!!!
Mais si vous ne laissez rien, et bien vous avez l'impression d'être un radin du coup!
