Top Hotel mit sehr gutem Angebot
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer, gutes Essen in großer Auswahl, großzügiges All inclusive Angebot.

Cons:

Wir kommen jetzt schon das 7. oder 8. mal, doch heuer wurden erstmals 15,- Euro pro Tag Parkgebühr für die Tiefgarage verrechnet. War etwas überraschend … und hinterlässt einen kleinen negativen Beigeschmack.

Tolles Hotel, leider mit Preisnacjschachern im Kleingedruckten

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit schönem Wellness-und Poolbereich. Grds. sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet mit Ambiente

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist - obschon bei den Suchfiltern vorgegeben - für booking.com-Kunden kostenpflichtig (15,- Euro p. N.). Diese Preisangabe versteckt sich aber im Kleingedruckten und ist bei Buchubg nicht ersichtlich. Umso überraschender dann dieser Hinweis beim Check-In. Leider hat auch der Hotelmanager mir erst nicht zeigen können, wo die Preisangabe zu finden ist und als wir das dann gemeinsam nach „forschen“ herausgefunden haben auch nicht adäquat reagiert, was Entschuldigen und Nachbessern bedeutet hätte. Für mich ist das unseriös, deshalb leider so nicht wieder buchbar. Schade!

Leuk verblijf, mits het niet (te) warm is.
Pros:

Uitgebreide all-inclusieve, helaas steekt alleen het Italiaans restaurant er echt boven uit qua kwaliteit. Verder erg ruime en mooi opgezette kamers. Ook de parkeergarage onder het hotel is erg handig.

Cons:

Het hotel is niet gebouwd op warmte! Er is geen airco op de kamer. Oké nachts koelt het in de bergen heerlijk af, maar die koude lucht komt bij de kamers die aan de zijkanten zitten niet in de kamer. Kortom een veel en veel te warme kamer. Dat in combinatie met de slechte kussens (dun en zacht) zorgt voor erg slechte en korte nachten.

Een hotel waar alle verwachtingen waargemaakt worden.
Pros:

Het hotel beschikt over ruime kamers die voorzien zijn van alle nodige faciliteiten. Het eten was telkens erg lekker en gevarieerd. Daarnaast wordt de fijne ervaring gecreëerd door hard werkende en heel vriendelijke mensen. Kortom, je krijgt alles waar je voor betaald hebt.

Cons:

We wisten op voorhand dat er geen airco was, maar bij dertig graden tijdens de zomer had dit het comfort net een niveau hoger getild. Maar goed, je weet het op voorhand dus klagen mag je dan ook niet!
