Class Reunion
Pros:

Room was very small with a king size bed. Bathroom was not cleaned with mismatched faucets in the tub. There was no place to set anything in the bathroom.

Amazing historic hotel
Pros:

What an amazing hotel! It was built in the 1700 &1800’s so it’s not the Hilton, it has average wear and tear but our room was beautiful and the staff was amazing! I will definitely be coming back for my next trip! The hotel cats were my favorite part, the calico cat, Callie, was such a sweetie and made the stay 10x better! It is within walking distance to all of the French quarter but without the noise which makes it perfect! 1000/10 would recommend this beautiful and historic hotel! ❤️

Pros:

Manager Kim was top notch. She made us feel right at home and made us feel very welcomed. She even got us checked in early and also upgraded our room at no charge. She deserves to work at the Ritz Carlton because she has such a bubbly personality, and she’s professional. It’s like talking to your best auntie. They would be blessed to have her working there. Hotel St Pierre she deserves a raise. Ryan, thank you for the extra a/c fan, that was king of you to think of us when we said we’re expecting another baby. We slept good. Tyler you’re awesome. You have a kind soul. The guy watering the plants, I’m sorry we forgot your name. You said hi to us as we left the hotel to get food. You’re a down to earth man and you always have a smile on your face. You guys must come across a lot of people, nice and not so nice. But keep that energy even for the crappy people you deal with. Kindness goes a long way. We need more people like you all. GOD is good and he blesses those who do good. You guys have great energy and spirit. When we come back to New Orleans we will be back to see our girl Kim. GOD Bless!!

we like the area and the quaintness of the hotel however, we will be staying at other locations going forward
Pros:

I like the location of the property and me and my husband stayed there before and had a good experience so we booked it again

Cons:

well, we got there on a Wednesday and they didn’t have any hot water or an ETA until Saturday. The water came back on Saturday evening the hot water. Also there were about five big rats that we saw outside the hotel door rooms and four large cockroaches within the hotel.

The Room makes a difference
Pros:

This was our second time at this hotel. Last year's visit our only complaint and wasn't their fault was the room size. It was booked as a package and wholesalers gonna wholesale. This year I booked direct and the visit could not have been better!! Room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly as was our experience last year. There is not a thing negative to say about the hotel. Don't hesitate to stay. Location is optimal for what we want. Close enough to walk, far enough away from the nighttime drama

Wonderful, pleasant and peaceful!
Pros:

Everything! It was so enjoyable to go back home and stay at this wonderful spot, again, with my family! It is indeed my go to place to stay. Juan and the other staff members were amazing!!

Cons:

As far as the room goes as soon as we arrived I noticed I had few small issues this go-around, nothing major. The toilet seat was too big for the toilet and there was a bolt missing. There was also a small piece broken off the edge of the blind nor was there an icebox in the room. Otherwise everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay and all of the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would especially like to give a special shout-out to Ms. Kim, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable.
Every time she saw us, she would check in to see if we needed anything and was always happy to help. She also assisted us with booking several activities during our trip, which made everything so much easier. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests did not go unnoticed.
Ms. Kim is a tremendous asset to the team. Thank you for helping make our stay extra special!

Classic Nola hotel
Pros:

First time staying at this hotel. Classic old school hotel and that Nola vibe.. court yards and pools are a nice addition to relax. Chose this hotel after my normal hotel was closed for renovations. This place was a great choice, it was close the all our normal activities and room rates were in line with our original hotel... staff was very receptive and assisted us with a young lady that needed medical attention out side the hotel.. definitely would stay on our next trip .

Most staff was so great offering tons of help, the space was a great location and i loved the on property cats!

It was near the downtown restaurants and activities, great location for someone who depends on traveling on foot or local transportation

Cons:

Alot of the building was old and worn, and sometimes i was worried i would break something that was already barely holding on

Horrific sleeping conditions incurred 😬
Pros:

The room was clean. We were offered clean towels on the second day. The tv worked.

Cons:

This room opened up to busy French Quarter street, so it was noisy. The worst part was at night, the street light was directly outside our window and shone through the blinds. The room was more lit up at night than in the daytime. Luckily I had a sleep mask in my suitcase and lots of sleep aids. The entire staff appeared to be new.
