Cool area, unique design, clean & cozy rooms, friendly staff. Cool little pool by the front office.
Bed was older, squeaks and uncomfortable. Very tight space in rooms but didnt affect my stay. Ice maker stopped working. No breakfast as advertised. Insane parking prices for off-season and they charged me more than what was advertised.
The hotel building is very historic and has a cool vibe. The jazz memorabilia throughout the lobby areas was a nice touch.
The room was fine but needs some work. There were several areas in the ceiling that had water damage. The shower could use some updating as well. I was there in the summer and the air conditioner could only get the temp in the room down to 79.
Charming, beautifully decorated room. Loved the two wee pools and the location is perfect! We loved being able to sit in wee quiet courtyard to have a drink and relax
I’m fussy but I hated the messy bar of soap in bathroom, liquid soap would be soooo much better
Location
Ac only cooled 1/2 of room. Bed. Flew up when u get. On, they. Make u give them keys in case they need to move car, u pay $50 a day for someone to have access to room., walkway. Not flat .. ceiling fan was on For winter time not clockwise and then we heard the most annoying sounds ..
Room was very small with a king size bed. Bathroom was not cleaned with mismatched faucets in the tub. There was no place to set anything in the bathroom.
Idk
I did not like that property. You did not answer my emails when I reached out to them.
What an amazing hotel! It was built in the 1700 &1800’s so it’s not the Hilton, it has average wear and tear but our room was beautiful and the staff was amazing! I will definitely be coming back for my next trip! The hotel cats were my favorite part, the calico cat, Callie, was such a sweetie and made the stay 10x better! It is within walking distance to all of the French quarter but without the noise which makes it perfect! 1000/10 would recommend this beautiful and historic hotel! ❤️
Manager Kim was top notch. She made us feel right at home and made us feel very welcomed. She even got us checked in early and also upgraded our room at no charge. She deserves to work at the Ritz Carlton because she has such a bubbly personality, and she’s professional. It’s like talking to your best auntie. They would be blessed to have her working there. Hotel St Pierre she deserves a raise. Ryan, thank you for the extra a/c fan, that was king of you to think of us when we said we’re expecting another baby. We slept good. Tyler you’re awesome. You have a kind soul. The guy watering the plants, I’m sorry we forgot your name. You said hi to us as we left the hotel to get food. You’re a down to earth man and you always have a smile on your face. You guys must come across a lot of people, nice and not so nice. But keep that energy even for the crappy people you deal with. Kindness goes a long way. We need more people like you all. GOD is good and he blesses those who do good. You guys have great energy and spirit. When we come back to New Orleans we will be back to see our girl Kim. GOD Bless!!
I like the location of the property and me and my husband stayed there before and had a good experience so we booked it again
well, we got there on a Wednesday and they didn’t have any hot water or an ETA until Saturday. The water came back on Saturday evening the hot water. Also there were about five big rats that we saw outside the hotel door rooms and four large cockroaches within the hotel.
It was a beautiful property, and within a short walking distance of the festivities this past weekend!
Nothing.
Great location! Warm and welcoming. Ms.Kim and Juan are AMAZING 🥰 all the staff were very helpful and made our stay special. We will be back. Kiana/brooklyn.
This was our second time at this hotel. Last year's visit our only complaint and wasn't their fault was the room size. It was booked as a package and wholesalers gonna wholesale. This year I booked direct and the visit could not have been better!! Room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly as was our experience last year. There is not a thing negative to say about the hotel. Don't hesitate to stay. Location is optimal for what we want. Close enough to walk, far enough away from the nighttime drama
