Great stay at the Sheraton. My room was not on the side of the interstate so I can't comment on noise for all the rooms but my room was possibly one of the quietest rooms I've ever stayed in. The water was always hot. The front desk was friendly. Would recommend.
Everything
It was near the concert / event we went to .
No bar or anything at 11:pm on a Saturday night in Hotel or anywhere surrounding it . Interstate was loud . Paid over 300 $ for one night for room . Then had to pay for self parking . No breakfast came with room for that price . Ice machine didn’t work on 16th floor .
Location near the art museum
Rooms are extremely loud from the highway noise. Most elevators did not work: either were shut down entirely, did not go to the floor you selected or stopped at a floor and only opened the doors mid-way (YIKES!) The room service food was not edible - it was like they had cooked the burger 6 hours before.
I liked the overall atmosphere. The bar/restaurant left a few things to be desired (slow, ignored customers, etc). There were at least three things going on in and around the Sheraton and the bar left ALOT of money on the table by closing at 11. I definitely understand when it's time to get off work, but perhaps the hotel could hire a "late shift" when activities are going on especially in the hotel. My event "Tonight's Conversation" was held there, it ended around 10:30 and most people wanted to eat afterwards and have drinks. I felt rushed to order so they could leave.
Location and valet staff
Employees, not enough towels, bad breakfast, smoke detectors set fire alarm all night from a shower.
This hotel is overated and rooms are outdated i had the club level room 1609 and the shower got cold whole i was in it for 30 minutes Elevator in the middle was broken long wait. The club where food and drinks were with the room was dirty and no attendant lacked food and needs cleaned up. This was a very poor maintained hotel with outdated items i spoke with front desk " jay" who stated they would relay all info to departments and management. I never recieve a reply or email i shoukd get a refund this place at least a 2 star if that do yourself a favor stay somewhere else.
The location was good for access to BJCC.
The bed linen was stained. Housekeeping was not available. Front desk staff brought me clean linens, so I could take off the stained linens and put on clean linens.
The bar staff were the best! They recognized many of us attended a concert that completed after the bar was about to close and the staff opened back up for us! Everyone was so happy to be able to have a nightcap. Thank you for the team for their flexibility and great service.
I loved the location as I was attending a concert that was adjacent to the venue. The room was so beautiful. I especially loved the walk-in shower. I cannot stand bathtubs so spacious walk-in showers are a must for me.
I didn't like the parking. Valet was full and the lot for self-parking was also full. During my stay, there were two large events going on so parking was limited. It was a headache for so many people and caused a lot of chaos.
Terrible experience. This is the place for you if you are used to sleeping in the median of a super highway. Even with sound machine in the room, the road noise is unbearably loud. Bed was soft and uncomfortable, room was dusty. Shower did not work as designed and could not be adjusted. At 5:20 am, I was awakened by the alarm clock in the next room which was UNOCCUPIED so I listened to that go off for 15-20 minutes. I would never willingly stay here again.
