Toll, hat uns sehr gefallen.
Pros:

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist das Hotel ideal. Gute Lage, um mit dem Zug die Gegend zu erkunden. Frühstück war gut. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wünsche wurden soweit möglich sofort erfüllt. Definitiv ein Tipp für Kurzreisen.

Cons:

Verpflegung mit Getränken war über den Tag gut geregelt über einen zugänglichen Kühlschrank.
Nur abends, wenn niemand mehr an der Rezeption sitzt, hat man keinen Zugriff mehr zu den Getränken. Eine Auswahl von kleinen Notfall-Snacks wäre wünschenswert.

Sehr gutes Frühstuck, angenehm und nett wie immer. Lage sehr zentral zu Rheinpromenade, Innenstadt und Bahnhof.

Pros:

Unsere Gruppe wurde herzlichst von dem Rezeptionist empfangen, das Personal und der Chef waren extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr geduldig mit uns.
Die Zimmer und das Frühstück ließen keine Wünsche offen, wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Unterkunft! Alles war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und gemütlich.
