Good value for the price
Pros:

Very nice and clean. Good value for the money. Excellent stuff and very good. Breakfast came with the room. We didn’t have a coffee machine, but we did have water in our room. This was very nice. We would come again.
One great benefits was the parking garage since street parking is very difficult.

Pros:

De ontzettende grote slaapkamer en badkamer. Koelkast op de kamer. Het was erg warm de dagen dat wij er waren. Airconditioning werkte niet voldoende, maar er was een extra ventilator op de kamer gezet. Goede service dus! Wat wij ook een grote plus vonden was de bewaakte parkeergarage en de mogelijk van de fietsenstalling waar de fiets heel gemakkelijk ook opgeladen kon worden.

Cons:

Het ontbijt viel ons tegen . Elke ochtend hetzelfde assortiment ontbijt. Geen afwisseling . Geen variatie. Broodjes worden geleverd door de nabij gelegen bakkerij dus vandaar dat wij misschien andere verwachtingen ervan kregen. Het dorp Remagen moet je, je niet teveel van voor stellen, maar in de omgeving zijn leuke plaatsjes te bezoeken.

The lady reception was so helpful (best of our holiday) even phoning the restaurant for our evening meal as we couldn't get through.
Overnight storage for bikes was excellent with lots of plugs for e bikes

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption/im Frühstücks-Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zudem konnten wir bei der Ankunft unser Auto sofort in der Tiefgarage unterbringen, was für mich wichtig ist. Auch die Ankunftsformalitäten war sehr unkompliziert. Schönes und nettes Hotel.

Pros:

Great staff, good sized rooms. Great location.

Cons:

My only negative points would be the glass in the room was used by ourselves and when the room was cleaned it wasn't washed or replaced. I know its a small thing but thought worth mentioning. Also no kettle in the room.

Fris en modern hotel met vriendelijk personeel, zonder poespas.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Het hotel beschikt ook over een eigen ondergrondse parkeergarage vanwaar je direct met de lift het hotel in komt. De kamer was modern en schoon, het ontbijt was goed.
