Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una camera per tre persone, ma la stanza è stata allestita con un letto aggiuntivo decisamente troppo piccolo per un ragazzo di 13 anni. Inoltre, le lenzuola di quest'ultimo sono risultate sporche e ne abbiamo dovuto chiedere la sostituzione.
La piscina sul rooftop è decisamente troppo piccola rispetto al numero degli ospiti. Eccessivi i costi per la SPA e gli altri servizi (parking). Il livello del servizio offerto sia stato al di sotto del prezzo pagato. Peccato!

Cons:

Not a 5* hotel for sure facilities in the rooms werent amazing, when they were cleaning the rooms they didnt took a lot of effort, didnt replaced the bath kits. The pool is with the size of my balcony so the photos are taken in a way to looks big when its not.

Séjour inoubliable et je suis prêts
Pros:

L’établissement est propre et luxueux j’ai passé un très bon moment de ma vie que je n’oublierai jamais le personnel est très accueillant tout est propre et sent bon le petit déjeuner est très bon avec plusieurs plats proposés…
Je recommande vivement si vous rêvez de passer un séjour inoubliable fonceeeeeez

La difficulté de se comprendre vu que moi je parle pas espagnol on échange seulement en anglais sinon en français c’était plus compliqué
