Es cerca de todo y la la limpieza

Cons:

Que la piscina es diferente a la que sale en las fotos y una de las razones por la que reservé fue la piscina pero cuando llegué no era lo que salía en las fotos … deben actualizar por que solo reservé por la piscina hubiera tomado otra opción … los tequilas son costosos pero bueno debía preguntar el precio antes de !

Beautiful hotel with an excellent michelin star restaurant
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice. The room was lovely and very spacious for a city hotel. The terrace with the pool was great. Views of Barcelona from here. Short walk to the fountains and not far to the bus stop for the hop on and hop off bus. Stayed for 2 nights. Ate in the hotel both nights. The restaurant Quirat is excellent. The tasting menu is amazing. We also ate on the roof terrace and that was good too. The service was slow but we weren't in a hurry. This hotel is 15-20 minutes from the airport.

Cons:

There was nothing to not like.

Une expérience décevante, loin du niveau attendu d’un hôtel 5 étoiles InterContinental.
Pros:

La chambre était correcte et le cadre général de l’établissement est aussi.

Cons:

Très déçue par le niveau de service, qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles ni du standing InterContinental. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été insuffisant : nous n’avons pas été accompagnés à la chambre, aucune explication claire ne nous a été donnée sur l’hôtel, les installations ou même les horaires du petit-déjeuner.

J’avais réservé ce séjour notamment pour profiter du spa et de la piscine, mais il n’était pas clairement indiqué que l’accès était payant en supplément, limité dans le temps et soumis à une offre séparée. Faut payer par tranche de 60min. Cela a été une vraie mauvaise surprise.

Ayant déjà séjourné dans d’autres InterContinental, cette expérience a été très en dessous de mes attentes. Le rapport entre le prix, le service et l’expérience globale n’est pas satisfaisant.

Amazing!
Pros:

I loved that the room was spacious, the bed was soft, and I slept really well. The staff was very friendly, and taxis were available at all times if you needed to go anywhere. I loved everything about it.

We had a fantastic stay at the InterContinental Barcelona. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the rooftop pool was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location was convenient for seeing Barcelona, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay here again on our next visit!
