Pros:

Les chambres, lits et espaces communs (sanitaires et toilettes) sont propres, c'est agréable.
Bien situé à côté du tram et de Plainpalais.
Il y a un petit ventilateur dans la chambre qui aide un peu l'été.
Au global le rapport qualité/prix pour Genève est très bon.

Cons:

Comme signalé dans d'autres commentaires, il fait très chaud dans les chambres l'été.
L'isolation phonique (vers la rue mais aussi vers les espaces communs) est très faible, donc ce n'est pas calme ni reposant.

Este alojamento foi o pior alojamento que alguns vez vii.Quarto com duas camas individuais super pequenas,com um chuveiro para duche que não tem nada ,haver com um chuveiro de um quarto de um hotel,,sem casa de banho por um valor de 129frc..Nâo consegui dormir neste quarto.

A funcionária da recepção foi pouco atenciosa e quando lhe fui entregar a chave do quarto, foi bastante antipática.A não voltar,,nem agora,nem nunca mais

Das Check in und check out ist unkompliziert und schnell.

Ich habe mich in der Nacht ausversehen aus dem Zimmer ausgesperrt, als ich auf dem Weg ins mit externem Bad/Toilette war. Ich bin ziemlich sicher, dass passiert ziemlich häufig, da sich die Tür automatisch verschliesst. Der 24/7 Notfall Telefonservice war 30 min lang nicht erreichbar, weswegen ich schon dachte, dass ich die Nacht über im Treppenhaus verbringen muss.
Ausserdem wird es in diesen Zimmer ziemlich schnell sehr stickig und heiss. Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie es da im Sommer ist.

Pros:

Chambre propre quoiqu'exiguë.
Le monsieur de l'accueil m'a très aimablement changé de chambre pour la 2 nuit en m'attribuant une chambre donnant sur l'arrière et donc calme.

Cons:

Les chambres en façade donnent sur une avenue excessivement bruyante et 2 cafés avec terrasses au pied de l'hôtel. Impossible de dormir dans ces conditions.
La jeune fille de la réception n'a absolument pas voulu bouger pour me permettre de récupérer mon chargeur de téléphone oublié dans la chambre, lorsque je suis venue chercher mon bagage.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung des Rezeptionisten. Im Vorfeld bekam ich eine ausführliche Anleitung für die Schlüsselübergabe am späten Abend. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, eine kleine Küche zu nutzen (wenn man länger bleibt als ich).
