Aamupalan vuoksi voisi mennä uudelleen.
Pros:

Aamupala oli erinomainen. Edessä oli hyvin parkkitilaa.

Cons:

Vastaanotossa ei selvästikään pidetty motoristeista. Kyseltiin sisäänkirjautumista ja seurattiin kulkemista, vaikka olimme jo majoittautuneet vuorokauden. Epäselväksi jäi miksi näin.

Unsmiling receptionist - a very poor welcome
Pros:

Very negative - see below...... BUT
The negative impression was almost rescued by the lady in the restaurant/bar. She was very service oriented and didn't hesitate to go the extra mile to help us.
PUT HER OR SOMEONE LIKE HER IN RECEPTION.

Cons:

Lack of smiles and positive welcome from lady receptionist on check-in. She is in the wrong job. Reception is the first point of contact with a hotel and a chance to make positive first impressions. - Or the opposite, as in our case. A bad start colours the whole hotel stay negatively.

A very disappointing Scandic Hotel compared to others we have stayed in
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The cooked breakfast was served rather cold on both mornings.
The bath water had a distinct "dirty" colour to it
The check in guy initially gave us a room number that was already occupied.
At check out the member of staff realised we were from UK and proceeded to give us a lesson in what was wrong with UK politics and politicians. Which would of been laughable if he hadn’t of been so opinionated.
