Pros:

Very Friendly and helpful staff. Nice looking hotel. Good rooms. Good location. Very nice bar.

Cons:

The breakfeast was good but could improve, as choices were limited.
We were not informed in advance that the hotel had to swith off electricity for hours the next day and no compensation was offered.

Décor, rangement et emplacement

Cons:

Les deux lit étaient séparés donc j’ai eu à mal de dos en me levant.
L’eau n’était pas si chaude lors du bain.
Il y a trop de bruits la nuit sur l’avenue.

Disappointing stay in Brussels
Pros:

Breakfast is good, but there is a lack of cheese options.
The room is big.

Cons:

We were informed about an electrical maintenance only some hours after we had already paid and concluded the checkin. This maintenance made impossible to access elevators and room during 11:30 a.m until 04:30 p.m.. We believe that we should have been informed about it prior checkin date in order we could decide if we would like to change the hotel to our stay. At least they also should have given a discount on the day rate due to this big inconvenience.
The street where the hotel is located is not pleasant. Many homeless people wandering around and the yards in the middle of the street are extremely in bad condition.

Nic kompletnie nic hotel powinien mieć maks 3 gwiazdki a nie 5. Chyba 5 było przyznane 30 lat temu jak ten hotel był nowy

Stare nie zadbane pokoje poobijane brak udogodnień brak wody nowej codziennie słabej klasy kosmetyki po prostu strasznie niski standard
