Everything but the staff. They were rude
Хорошая локация, все близко, и центр и достопримечательности и вокзал, с которого можно прокатиться в Гент и Брюгге. Завтрак средненький.
В номере не было зеркала в полный рост, для девушек это довольно критично :) и в летнее время можно было заменить толстые пухнастые одеяла на более тонкие, хоть кондей и работал исправно, но под этими одеялами все равно жарко)
The bed was extremely comfortable, room was quiet. Beautiful hotel. Neighborhood restaurants within 5-15minute walking distance. 15-20 minute walking distance to Grand Place, comic museum and beer museum, etc.
The breakfast buffet was not worth the 35€ per person price tag. Powdery, fake eggs, bare minimum breakfast staples...baked beans, yogurt, massed produced pastries to name a few items.
The parking garage has limited spots which must be reserved beforehand. If one has a larger car you may need to find elsewhere to park. We have a CX5 barely fit inside the car elevator one must use to park in the claustrophobic, drive forward in/reverse out garage. Luckily, my husband is quite comfortable driving in reverse and parking in tight places; if one is not, this parking garage is not for you.
Approximately 8:30PM homeless encampment would be set up nightly 3 store fronts from hotel in one directoon from hotel. Families may not find a handful of the window fronts "family-friendly" to due the adult toys on full display. Personally, my husband and I were amused by the 6 within the 2 blocks surrounding the hotel.
When I booked our room there was no mention the hotel restaurant would be closed yet upon arrival the restaurant was closed, no explanation mentioned. Basic room service was available which we did not utilize.

The location is very good and staff are very friendly
The smell at the hotel entrance is quite unpleasant and should be addressed by the hotel management as soon as possible. From the moment you enter the hotel, there is a noticeable odor that creates a poor first impression and negatively affects the overall guest experience.

Ubicación central, cerca de atractivos turísticos y locomoción, personal muy amable, puedes dejar tus bolsos antes del check in y después del check out. Pieza y baño amplios, cama principal muy cómoda y cuenta con aire acondicionado.
La cama extra es una cama armable por lo que no es tan cómoda.

It was a walk from the city center. Not too bad though. I would still use again
The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of Brussels' main attractions, including the city centre, shopping streets, and a wide variety of restaurants. It made exploring the city very convenient without needing to rely on public transport.
We stayed in a triple room, which was very spacious and comfortable. However, the third bed, intended for an adult, was rather small and had wheels, making it less comfortable than the other beds.
Reception, staff were lovely
Room was just sad - stuck in a time-warp.
And a paper cup and one sachet of instant coffee in the room is just cheap and nasty,
