Pros:

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff, spotless rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, and all the amenities you could need. The location is a real treasure, central, convenient, and perfect for exploring Brussels. Highly recommended! 😊

Cons:

If there is one small area for improvement, some of the wardrobe furniture could benefit from a refresh or a new coat of paint. However, this did not affect our stay at all, and we would happily return.

This 5 stars Hotell is just to old, need restauration, Dont smell good in the lobby, the elevator is very old,,,
Big room and good bed, nice bath, the chair could also be en better shape.

Hotel położony w bliskiej lokalizacji Starówki,Dworca Głównego co ułatwia podróże do innych miast.
Pros:

Śniadania pyszne, zarówno dla dorosłych jak i dla dzieci. Serwis bardzo dobry. Brak zastrzeżeń.

Très bel hôtel. Chambre confortable et propre. Personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner à la hauteur.

Cons:

Fijne ervaring in een statig 5-sterren hotel, ruime kamers & goede bedden. Ontbijt OK, niet super.
Pros:

De kamers waren erg ruim, we hadden met onze vrienden verbonden kamers gevraagd en gekregen. De druk op het water in bad en douche was zeer goed, de kamer voorzag in alles wat we nodig hadden en de bedden waren zeer goed.

Cons:

Het ontbijt viel lichtjes tegen voor een 5-sterren hotel : we hadden minimum toch iets extra verwacht wat we elders niet kregen. Andere hotels bieden toch snel, zeker op een zondagochtend op Vaderdag, een glaasje bubbels aan. Net zoals bijvoorbeeld wat gerookte vissen (zalm, heilbot) of speciale smoothies waren zeker op hun plaats geweest. Niet om over te klagen, maar de verwachtingen werden niet helemaal ingelost.

Imposantes Hotel. Sehr noble Einrichtung im klassischen Stil. Großzügige Suit.
Gute Lage am Rande der Fußgängerzone. Ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Frühstück könnte für dieses Haus etwas exklusiver sein.
