Çıkış saatimiz olan 12.00den önce kapı kartlarımız iptal edildiği için odaya giriş yapamadık. Resepsiyona inip kartları tekrar tanıtmaları gerekti. Ayrıca su bardakları tozluydu ama onun dışında temzilik yeterliyidi. Su ısıtıcısı yerind kahve makinesi olsaydı daha iyi olurdu. Oda olanaklarında ütü yazmasına rağmen bulunmamaktaydı.

Shaun i-reception is the best person in the hotel. He greets all the time which is the standard protocol of being in the tourism industry.
People doesn’t greet, very timid, they should undergo on some sort of training about the basic greetings, if they don’t know how to greet, maybe they should have their own business and shouldn’t be in the hotel industry.
Location
Only one staff in the reception was a bit unprofessional, i was heading to him and when he saw me he start a conversation with his colleague, and when i ask him for an late check out 1-2 hours, he says extra 50 euros, and this is hotel policy.
Overall this staff a only bad thing in the hotel.

Sinon la chambre était agréable
Le lit qui n’était pas un grand matelas mais 2 matelas une place mis côté à côte.. au prix où on paye la nuitée je trouve ça dommage cela crée un “trou” au milieu du lit qui n’est pas confortable
De plus l’un des hommes de la sécurité à l’entrée nous a barré la route lorsque nous sommes revenus l’après midi pour voir si notre chambre était prête… je n’ai pas apprécié la manière dont ils nous a traité mon amie et moi
The rooms were very spacious, and two people could easily stay comfortably even for a longer period. The beds were very comfortable. Although the hotel building itself is old, the rooms were modern and clean. The location is very central, and many places are within walking distance. Overall, it’s a high-quality and lovely hotel.
The only downside was that the check-in process took a little longer than expected. The internet connection wasn’t very reliable. It disconnected quite often during our stay.
Check-in was not ready at 4 pm and we had to wait.
Breakfast restaurant
Bar was not open in the evening and I was told while Checking in at 16.10 that they had to check whether room was ready.
