A little tired
Our room was amazing with a little extra twin bed in its own room did three travelers. The bathroom was massive. Gave us slippers. Everything was so nice
It was perfect.
Good place
They didn’t give us the room until 4
The reception staff were incredibly rude, poor attitude. We payed for one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel and regretted it as soon as we reached reception for their bad customer service. We asked for advice for parking options as their car park was full. We were given one option which had a height barrier and we had a larger vehicle, I asked for any more advice but I was just told that he was going to check in someone else (it was not busy by any means). We then found parking on the road (our own liability and risk I know) but our vehicle was broken into, windows smashed and every item (many items after a week away for the Grand Prix) were stolen, even our shoes. We payed £450 for a family suite. Supposedly for 4 people. 1 double and a tiny pull out sofa with springs poking out everywhere with only one pillow. Not great for different sex siblings.. The area was rough to say the least. Suspicious people everywhere. Men that stared uncomfortably, women that looked sorry of the night. We did not feel comfortable leaving the hotel room of the evening, and that was before realising the car and all our belongings were ransacked. The room was noisy with the ruffle of the night on the street below. Constant sirens woke us up continuously. 1 night stay, terrible time.. The weird techno music in a ‘grand’ reception room sums up the bizarre 24 hours we’ve experienced in Brussels. Just to clarify - I wouldn’t recommend! Stay somewhere else…
