The room was very large and the bathroom was great with the toilet across the hall way from the tub and sink and both rooms had their own doors. The bed was wonder and best of all for me three chairs and all of them were comfortable. The room had a desk and an eating table perfect for room service. My wife and I were just recovering from colds and we had room service for diner three of our five nights. All the main dishes were wonderful as were the salads, desserts and wine. The breakfast room was beautiful and the food they offered was as good or better than we had in a five star hotel we stayed in Rome. We did not get out to all the things we wanted to do, because of our colds. The location was great if we had felt better, but it was a great place to relax, recover and plan the rest of our vacation. We will have to go back and hopefully not be sick. The staff worked really hard to make everything feel like we belonged and they made us feel at home. Teddy the security guard always had time to talk to me and had a lot of information about the area.
They had two main lobby elevators that needed to be repaired and were shut down for our last two nights. The hotel has three or four other elevators. One is a handicap elevator and three our used by the cleaning staff. In order to get to the best breakfast in town, we called the front desk and a wonderful reception staff person would come to our room and lead us on a trip through two or three hall ways and two different elevators to reach the beautiful breakfast room. The Return trips which were done by different reception staff members, was always an adventure. The hotel has a large bar and an even larger dinning/ meeting room off the bar all on the main floor. If they were to move the breakfast room up to the main floor. This hotel would be perfect. Even with the breakfast adventures, when we come back to Brussels, this is were we will stay.
The only reason I chose this hotel is because I attended an event there.
Bathtub are not safe and they charge a premium for a shower!!

Justo estaban filmando una película y sumado a que alquilan otras partes del hotel para conferencias hicieron imposible disfrutarlo a pleno. A pesar de estar 3 noches no pudimos usar el bar que tanto elogiaban los comentarios de huéspedes anteriores.

Le standing de l hôtel! Des années 30 il reste tout! le style la déco et le mobilier. Tout est entretenu et rénové. Les pieces sont spacieuses et elegantes, les chambres lumineuses, spacieuses avec 1 super litterie! le petit dejeuner tout simplement parfait avec de nombreux fruits frais de saison comme la cerise et le salon charleston refait dans l esprit des annee 30
Le personnel de l accueil notamment le service du latin est de très bon conseil, disponible et a l écoute!
Plus tôt ce qui doit etre amélioré mais reste un detail, les joints de la salle de bain, avec quelques fissures carreaux a remplacer.

Lorsqu’on envoie des messages, il n’y a pas de réponse, exemple pour le grand lit et pour le parking.
Хороший номер, Комфортная кровать, Раскладной диван не очень удобный, но терпимо.

Приветливый персонал.
Нет ресторана, в который можно поужинать, что очень удивительно для отеля такого уровня. Только завтраки, на которые мы не ходили.
Приехали ночью и смогли заказать в номер только пиццу.
Но это не испортило впечатление об отеле

Hotel muito bom, quarto excelente, bem espaçoso, atendeu 3 pessoas com bastante conforto, banheiro muito bom, localização ótima (deu pra fazer quase tudo a pé, e está ao lado da estação de metrô, e o café da manhã formidável!
Nada a reclamar.
