Disappointing
Pros:

Only the property location and WiFi.

Cons:

A couple of hour before our arriving, we received a message regarding a problem involving the air conditioning system (it was damaged and fixing it would take a lot of time). We were in the train and it was our first time in Salamanca, so we had not much information about what could we do in such situation. We sent a message back but they only answered it several hours later, when we already had entered the hotel. No orientations, advices were given. Just apologies and nothing else. Not even another option for hotel they gave to us. It is summer, so imagine staying in a medium sized room with a small fan when it’s 32 degrees Celsius outside. It got even worse in the following morning, when we got up and tried to use the bathroom. There was not running water. We contacted the receptionist and she suggested to us to get another hotel, but it was our checkout day already, so there’s nothing else we could do. We supposed to leave at 12:30 and we received an official announcement only at 11:06 (we woke up 9am). Unfortunately, we had so good expectations for our staying in Hotel Melibea and the minimal services were not provided. I truly believe this is not a current problem and that the place is nice, but I could not omit what happened during staying in this evaluation.

La ubicación

Cons:

Hubo un incendio fortuito, a las 2 A.M ,que desalojaron todos los huéspedes unas horas.
Adicionalmente las ventanas en la habitación que me asignaron 106 no aislaba nada el ruido exterior; las ventanas tenían verjas fijas que en el caso que la vía principal de escape no iba ha funcionar,podriamos haber estado atrapados dentro de la habitación. No pude descansar nada toda la noche y luego por la mañana no había agua sanitaria. Toda esta situación sumando con un menor de edad

Un hôtel bien placé mais qui ne mérite pas 4 étoiles .

Cons:

Impersonnel . Les clefs électroniques posent problème quand le téléphone est déchargé.
Chambre au RDC sur rue . Obligé de garder les volets fermés car il n’y a pas de rideaux. Réveil par le bruit des véhicules. Moquette tachée

Excellent établissement !
Pros:

Nous avons adoré cet établissement ! Tout allait parfaitement bien. Nous avons séjourné 2 jours là bas et c’était parfait.
Le petit déjeuner est complet et succulent, le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. L’hôtel est totalement sécurisé, tout est majoritairement informatisé mais cela reste parfaitement accessible. Vous pouvez d’ailleurs avoir une carte physique. Les locaux sont sublimes, que ce soit le restaurant, les chambres et salles de bains, les salles communes et même le jardin.

Fantástica ubicación para conocer Salamanca, sitio tranquilo aún estando en el centro. El personal super atento, aunque no hay personal presencial en recepción, tuvimos un problema en la habitación y llamamos por teléfono. A pesar de que eran las 12 de la noche, nos atendieron rápidamente, gestionaron el problema con mucha eficacia y nos cambiaron de habitación sin ningún inconveniente. Valoramos mucho la rapidez y la atención recibida, especialmente teniendo en cuenta la hora.

Cons:

Como aspecto a mejorar, nuestra habitación tenía delante una pequeña terraza con unas sillas que, en principio, parecía un espacio agradable, pero no pudimos utilizarla porque los árboles que había justo delante dejaban caer muchos frutos, que ensuciaban y manchaban bastante tanto las sillas como el suelo. Sería recomendable revisar o acondicionar esta zona para que realmente pueda aprovecharse.
