There is a 24-hour reception.

Public underground parking is available in front of the hotel.
The only access is from the Square Wilson, then follow signs indicating "Parking du Capitole" and you will be just in front of the entrance of the hotel. Maximum height : 5.9 ft.

Most room are accessible by elevator. Some rooms can only be reached via stairs.

Please note that twin beds setting is at an extra cost of EUR 10 and upon prior request.

Helpful staff, great location, clean
Pros:

Grand room in tower, lots space and comfy bed. Staff very helpful. Great access to Le Bouillon for meals. Excellent central location.

Quite a long staircase to room, no lift.

Great stay after a somewhat difficult search.
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond to help us with parking and were always helpful. Breakfast at 6:45 am was plentiful and delicious. I asked fr an americano coffee but it was weak so I asked for a shot of expresso. He quickly obliged in a nice manner.

Cons:

Step down into bathroom meant I had to be very careful. They need to provide better instructions for reaching the hotel which is along side of a very large square made up of many pedestrian only streets.
