Mi sono trovata molto bene in questo hotel. Il personale alla reception è stato sempre gentile e disponibile.
La camera era confortevole e soprattutto il letto era particolarmente comodo e molto grande, davvero perfetto per riposare bene. Ho trovato molto utili anche alcuni servizi come il noleggio degli ombrelli e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente dopo il check-out, che sono stati una grande comodità.

perfect for a short trip
Pros:

Everything was perfect, from the location to the comfort of our room, its cleanliness and even breakfast. The room was big, clean and cosy and with lots of sunlight. Even if we arrived earlier, we could leave our luggage in a locker and visit the town until check-in. Even if we didn't pay for breakfast at first, we could get it from one day to the next, and it was very good. The personal was friendly and helpful. Totally recommend it.

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, and so were the pillows. The shower was great, and we had hot water immediately. The interior of the hotel was colourful, vibrant, and unique. The staff were very polite, welcoming, and friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was no hand soap, shampoo, or body wash provided. Luckily, I always bring a small bottle of shampoo and body wash with me; otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to shower on the day we arrived.

Additionally, our door didn’t lock from the inside, which made us feel quite uncomfortable.

haziran ayında 4 gece konakladım. otel merkezi bir konumda, tramway istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde. odalar geniş ve temizdi, yatak gayet komforluydu. lobi oldukça renkli ve huzurluydu. çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü, özellikle resepsiyondan hussein beye teşekkür etmek istiyorum, oldukça yardımsever ve pozitif biriydi,
her danıştığımızda bize içtenlikle yardımcı oldu.

Cons:

sadece konakladığım odanın kliması kapanmıyordu bu konuda sorun yaşadım.

Das Hotel kann mit einer guten Lage und sauberen Zimmern überzeugen. Für einen Kurztrip ideal!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Bildern und ist modern sowie sehr sauber. In unserem Zimmer standen sogar ein Ventilator und eine gekühlte Wasserflasche bereit. Die Fenster waren kippbar und der Blick ging in einen gepflegten Hinterhof.

Positiv überrascht hat uns die Zimmergröße und das stilvolle, bunte und dennoch moderne Frühstückszimmer. Das Frühstück selbst war klassisch und lecker mit Brötchen, süßem und herzhaftem Belag, Eier, Säften und Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten.

Die Anbindung ist ebenfalls gut, denn vom Bahnhof Nord erreicht man das Hotel in ca. 30 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn. Eine Haltestelle ist nur ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Gegend wirkte sehr sicher, auch nachts noch.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir sogar eine Zahnbürste geschenkt. Auch der späte Check-out bis 12 Uhr und die kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag fanden wir klasse. Für unseren 3-Tages-Trip war es definitiv perfekt und sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Hinweis zum Check-in: Man muss mit Bankkarte eine Kaution von 150€ hinterlegen, was mir vorher nicht ganz bewusst war. Das Geld bekommt man aber bei reibungslosem Aufenthalt zügig nach dem Auschecken wieder auf die Karte zurückgebucht. Auch der Preis für den Aufenthalt war für unsere Verhältnisse eher etwas teurer, das Geld hat sich aber definitiv gelohnt!

An excellent vacation in the capital of Belgium
Pros:

The location was great. The Bus 96 takes you direct to the railway station and the Tram 93 takes you to the city center, but you can also walk as it is close to the center. The room size was very spacious, the beds were very comfortable.
