Can’t wait to be back
Pros:

Firstly, the staff is absolutely wonderful. They made us feel incredibly welcome and were beyond kind whenever we needed information or assistance with anything. Those interactions with the staff, although small, made the whole experience even the more exceptional, so much so that we regret not staying longer.
Secondly, the stay itself was fantastic, we had everything we needed – the room was clean through and through, the bed was comfortable and the overall design and atmosphere of the room was tastefully quirky and elegant at the same time. The view was green and lively and the surrounding area, although packed with cafes and nice brunch spots, is somehow really quiet.
The hotel has free of charge lockers downstairs, which was really helpful because we were able to take a proper stroll before leaving the city.
All in all, a fantastic experience and we’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in Brussels.

Cons:

If I were to really nitpick, the shower pressure is a bit low. But aside from that, everything was amazing

Kids friendly
Pros:

This is a very modern looking hotel with all the amenities required present including locker, fridge, spacious closet, TV, and many more. What my kids liked the most is the bunk bed. There is a restaurant near the lobby. The staff is super helpful and smiling at all times. The location is convenient to take trams just at 5 minutes walking distance.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé avec le tramway à 2 pas
Grande chambre et douche spacieuse
Personnel très sympathique
Coin café et eau chaude à chaque étage très appréciable

Cons:

Odeur désagréable dans l’entrée mais surement passagère
Léger bémol sur le petit déjeuner (pas de jus d’orange frais notamment) , gaufres seulement le 3e jour

Espresorul de pe etaj disponibil permanent.
Aparatul pentru waffles la micul dejun.

Cons:

Sala de sport merge îmbunătățită.
Pernele din cameră sunt incomode (ca la 90% dintre hoteluri).

Bel accueil du personnel.
Les heures pour petit déjeuner très convenables.

Cons:

Certaines chambres fumeur. J’aime moins avoir ces odeurs dans certains couloirs.
Le fait que les animaux soient accepté ne me feront pas reprendre cet hôtel à ma prochaine visite.

Freundliche Atmosphäre und schöne saubere Zimmer
Pros:

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Lage hat für uns perfekt gepasst, es sind auch coole Cafés/Bars in der Umgebung
