Warm breakfast n friendly staffs
Pros:

Cosy stay n good location. Bailli tram so near n very convenient to go all the sightseeing places. Very friendly staffs n warm n good breakfast. The 24 hrs coffee n tea machine at every floor n at reception are a bonus to us! We are glad to spent 5 nights !

Pros:

First of all - cleanliness. Everything was spotless clean - the room, the bathroom, towels, bedding and the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is great, everything is freshly made, the coffee is excellent. On every floor there is a little corner with the automatic coffee machine where you can make espresso, cappuccino, latte machiatto...through the whole day.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Location is great, 2 mins walk from the tram station, but you are practicaly in the city centre so walking is also a very good option to explore the city.
We will surely book it again next time we visit Brussels.

Modul de organizare al hotelului, facilitățile oferite, micul dejun super gustos,pentru toate gusturile si cu detaliu de a avea pentru copii vesela speciala...
Faptul ca ai dulapuri unde iti poți lăsa bagajul.

Great area and great hotel for every service it offers, we enjoyed spending time in the hotel when we were not sightseei
Pros:

Very kind and helpful staff at reception. The hotel is offering free water and coffees all the time at reception and at each floor. The room was very clean and the design was great. Everyone loved the swings at the entrance. We also loved using the gym. At 3 walk minutes from the hotel there were trams (I.e. 8 and 93) that took us to Louiza where we could take the tube and go easily to the Atomium and to the main tourist attractions in the town centre. They have very functional and big lockers where you can leave luggage if you arrive at the hotel before check in and after check out and the check out is at 12.00 as you could go out in the morning and use your room before leaving.
