Pros:

Wonderful place and location and all the staff were lovely.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit basic but cleaned to a very high level and car park is not great but at least there is one.

Great hotel if your stopping over for a night or two
Pros:

The location was great, while I didn't use the bar it looked like a nice area to relax

Cons:

The parking is a joke
Around 8 spaces underground and it's a nightmare to navigate once your inside
We didn't get a space but we got parked over the road
Room had a wet dog small but it was a nice room overall

Great stay , would of been perfect if air con had worked
Pros:

The property was very clean and comfortable . The staff were all lovely and very helpful, breakfast was fantastic , with loads of choice .

Cons:

It had air con but it was very poor so the room was really hot and we were unable to sleep comfortably, such a shame as everything else was great .

Great value, very close to rail station
Pros:

Efficient check in, nice, clean room with cooling (it was a very hot day) and handy for the lift. Breakfast was of a pretty good standard, with helpful staff. Location, just a few minutes' walk from New Street station, was a major plus. Very good value

Cons:

No complaints for a one-night stay.

The pillows weren't very comfortable, the shower was weak and the air conditioning didn't cool the room down - we were very hot during the night.

Exactly where I wanted to be in Birmingham. The market the culture and the returants the staff were fantastic🤘😝🤘.

Cons:

The car park was a challenge you need to be extremely carful as is very tight to negotiate, the breakfast was ok but selection was limited.

Mother and daughter day out.
Pros:

The location was great for both our shopping and the concert later on at night. We received a very friendly welcome. Room was equipped with what we needed.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable and appeared very small for single beds. Both myself and 17 yesr old daughter woke up with bad backs from the mattresses.

Excellent value - good location
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable and excellent value. I arrived very late due to a delayed flight and had no problems. I could check in easily and the staff were very helpful. The close location to the station made it very easy the next morning.

Cons:

It was excellent value and everything was very clean. The fittings weren't the newest but for the price I have no complaints
