Pros:

Nice central location
Decent staff
Shower, bed and room overall were very comfortable

Cons:

Cost to checkin couple hours early despite a clearly unfull hotel was £20 (unusual)
Lovely breakfast at the Dragon inn around the corner is £5, it's £10-12 in the hotel.
Lights didn't work fully in the bathroom

Convenient location but wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Convenient location for the city centre and railway station.
Prompt response to my complaints about poor cleaning and TV remote issues.

Cons:

Check-in seemed to be an inconvenience.
TV remote needed new batteries.
Dirty t-shirt left on top of wardrobe - so how clean was the room?
A free drink at the bar wasn't sufficient compensation for the poor service and facilities.
Breakfast limited. No obvious gluten-free alternatives.

Goed voor één of twee nachten
Pros:

De locatie lag heel dicht bij het station en de concertzaal waar we die avond naar een optreden gingen.

Cons:

De bedden lagen niet zo goed. De 'badkamer' was erg klein! Geen stopcontacten aan de bedden.

Enjoyed it very much , juat what I needed for my stay.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and quiet although in a busy city centre. Breakfast was more than enough. Would certainly stay there again. Shower tray a little slippy was the only thing. Overall highly recommended.

Cons:

One lift out of action but not a problem.

Completely priced, good location in central Birmingham, staff were excellent on our arrival & in the morning at Brea
Pros:

Convenient for our needs on returning late back into the UK

Cons:

It was Extremely hot in the public areas not only for the guests but also for the Ibis members of staff. As the climate is changing then it may well be worth investing in air conditioning. The room was a little dated but clean. The bed was comfortable & we both had a good night’s sleep.
