Comfortable and convenient stay
Pros:

It was very comfortable and clean. Friendly receptionist at check in. We had an early flight and it is directly opposite the train station.

Cons:

For us it is just the area. Convenient as by the train station but it was a scruffy area with only fast food outlets nearby, didn’t feel safe. It’s a shame the hotel doesn’t offer room service in the evening.

Bedrövlig dag 2 (tomma fat kl 8.00)
Rummet var under all kritik.
Fönstret i knähöjd (!) utifrån räknat! Ut mot en gård som var tillgänglig från gästkorridoren! Alldeles utanför mitt fönster stod en stol !! Skulle någon stå/ sitta på den för att titta in? Jag påpekade detta och fick till svar att det endast var personalen som var där?! vilket inte stämde eftersom dörren mot gästkorridorrn var öppen/olåst.

Cons:

Rummets belägenhet oacceptabelt.
Oförstående personal beträffande detta.

Pros:

This was the perfect location right by Pisa Centrale. I needed to arrive late and it was easy to arrive and get my car parked. Breakfast was great each morning and they even had a room for me to iron my shirt.

Cons:

I can't think of anything big. The drains in the sink and bathtub didn't work too well, but it didn't cause any problems.
