The location was excellent, straight outside Pisa Central Station, which was a blessing in the extreme heat after a long journey!

Cons:

There was no bottled water in the room after day one !

Comfy, modern hotel in great location.
Pros:

Our plane arrived very late into Pisa and we were a little worried that reception would not be open. Fortunately it was and we were able to get to our room. The staff were helpful. The hotel has been upgraded since the last time we stayed (about 3 years ago). It's now a very nice, comfortable, modern hotel. The location is good being a short ride from the Airport on the Pisa Mover and just opposite the train station about 10 mins walk to the Leaning Tower. Good breakfast.

Cons:

It would have been helpful if the hotel had let us know that receiption would be open when we asked for a late check-in but the email just said it couldn't be guarenteed.

I had a problem with the bus , we were fined due to my ticket not being scanned. I had to pay $40. I was a bit worried
