Air conditioner does not work - stay away in hot weather!!!
Pros:

Nice location for my business trip, great restaurants around. Breakfast was great and so was the staff.

Cons:

The hotel description on Booking said there was air conditioning. There was an air conditioner, but no air conditioning. The room was consistently 28celsius/82fahrenheit. Not the staff's fault, the central air system just couldn't keep up. They kept saying it is just unusually hot in Milan (true, it was 35 degrees celcius, but this is why I picked a hotel with air conditioning!!!). I am pretty sure it is possible to air condition in hot climates (I have been to Las Vegas in July when it was 46 degrees celcius outside and nice and cool inside). I paid appox. $300/night for a '4-star' hotel WITH AIR CONDITIONING, where I felt absolutely miserable the whole time.

Pros:

Очень удачное местоположение. До метро 5 минут пешком. До Центра минут 20 пешком, в хорошую погоду можно прогуляться. Сам квартал очень ухоженный. Нет бездомных и шумных вечеринок. Явно живут обеспеченные миланцы. Рестораны и кафе вокруг замечательные. Каждый ужин ходили в новое место, все удачно, везде приятно было посидеть. Сам отель приличный, я бы сказал для командировочных, а не для туристов, но это значит, что люди приезжают не по одному разу и ценят завтрак/кровать/тишину. Завтрак замечательный, не огромный выбор, но еда хорошего качества, было из чего выбрать. Отличный кофе.

Cons:

Сама гостиница тихая, но слышимость между номерами высокая. Когда идут по коридору постояльцы, слышно все. Ночью не мешало, но утром начинали ходить по коридору, уже будили.

Good hotel in a pleasant area just outside the centre of Milan
Pros:

The hotel is in a pleasant area three underground stops away from the Cathedral, but very close to the Spa we visited. There is a very good choice for breakfast and all the staff were lovely

Cons:

The air conditioning was very noisy throughout the night. I managed to turn it off only on my third night
