Soggiorno breve, tranquillo, migliorabile.
Pros:

Posizione particolarmente apprezzabile, a poche fermate dal Duomo e dalla Stazione di Rogoredo in un quartiere tranquillo ma vivace. Camera grande e servizi puliti. Ottima la prima colazione.

Cons:

Ambiente un po’ triste e scuro, spazi comuni angusti. Arredamento della camera datato. Contatto telefonico, prima di prenotare con Booking, da dimenticare

Cons:

Ho fatto una ricerca su booking per un hotel che accettasse cani e disponesse di parcheggio o garage ed è apparsa questa struttura. Arrivati in reception mi hanno fatto pagare 25euro per il cane quando era scritto chiaramente che era incluso nel prezzo mentre il garage o parcheggio non esisteva proprio. Mi hanno fatto parcheggiare a 5 isolati al prezzo "convenzionato" di 22euro a notte e dovendo lasciare le chiavi sulla macchina. In camera avevamo 28 gradi che con l'aria condizionata accesa invece di scendere sono aumentati quindi abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera. La nuova camera era a 26 gradi con l'aria condizionata che non funzionava proprio e siamo arrivati dinuovo a 28.

Air conditioner does not work - stay away in hot weather!!!
Pros:

Nice location for my business trip, great restaurants around. Breakfast was great and so was the staff.

Cons:

The hotel description on Booking said there was air conditioning. There was an air conditioner, but no air conditioning. The room was consistently 28celsius/82fahrenheit. Not the staff's fault, the central air system just couldn't keep up. They kept saying it is just unusually hot in Milan (true, it was 35 degrees celcius, but this is why I picked a hotel with air conditioning!!!). I am pretty sure it is possible to air condition in hot climates (I have been to Las Vegas in July when it was 46 degrees celcius outside and nice and cool inside). I paid appox. $300/night for a '4-star' hotel WITH AIR CONDITIONING, where I felt absolutely miserable the whole time.
