Buen hotel, personal de recepción poco colaborativo

El hotel está muy bien, cómodo, habitaciones amplias. La ubicación perfecta

Cons:

Somos viajeros séniors Quisimos reservar un taxi para el aeropuerto la noche anterior y dijeron que no había problema. Por la mañana dijeron que no había taxi, que no podían ayudarnos y que fuéramos en transporte público. No ayudaron para nada y estuvimos a punto de perder el avión . Nunca nos había pasado esto en un hotel de 4 estrellas .

Bel hôtel, mais très bruyant
Pros:

La chambre était très belle et spacieuse.
Les draps et les serviettes étaient d’excellente qualité, tout comme le matelas

Cons:

Bien que j’aie demandé une chambre
calme, on m’a attribué une chambre au premier étage en me garantissant que toutes les chambres étaient tout aussi silencieuses.
À partir de 6 heures du matin, il était impossible de dormir à cause des bruits de la rue, clairement pas aussi bien isolés qu’on me l’avait promis à l’accueil.

For the price of one night. Will never return,
Pros:

Minimal staff effort. Put in a room with broken facilities. Moved to a second bigger room which had so much hair in the bath. Breakfast was basic. No coffee available when I arrived and the proper coffee machine was broken, unable to use the lift as it was constantly occupied by staff.

Emplacement idéal, proche métro et vieux port.

Cons:

Les cloches , pas vraiment désagréable mais surprenant.
Petit déjeuner moyen et pas bien organisé (tables non débarrassées )
