DR Renaissance
Pros:

Came to DR for a summit trip. The Renaissance team did an excellent job taking care of out whole group. Service was genuinely, food was exquisite. At the pool bar Esnil and Cristian were always going above and beyond to make sure we had a relaxing fun afternoon. Highly recommend this resort. Resort needs pool renovation however the staff are amazing.

A relaxing stay for the most part.
Pros:

My son and I stayed here early April & enjoyed out stay for the most part. We really enjoyed the lounge access. The snacks offered in the lounge in the earlier part of the day, could use an upgrade. The hors d'oeuvres at 6:30 were amazing! So yum. Breakfast was included with our club level room so that was a plus when traveling with a teenage boy and he thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. The view from the lounge was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and we slept amazingly.

On day 2 on our way down to breakfast, we got stuck in the elevator, lights went out elevator stopped. I pushed the call button and it just rang and rang and noone answered it. Finally the lights came on and the doors opened. I told someone at the hotel but they acted like it was nothing.

The pool are was nice however, the music was entirely too loud.
