Good hotel in a remote locale
Pros:

The hotel is located near the Zona Colonial area by the ocean. This area is a bit remote because there are few stores or restaurants in walking distance which explains the $30 buffet breakfast. ( not bad , well stocked, eggs to order.) The room was a good size, ac, Wi-Fi ( fee waived at request) some toiletries provided, plenty of towels. Good flush toilet, shower adequate lacks good flow. The atmosphere is relaxed for the most part, some tours and drivers are provided for a fee. The check-in process was average. The high points are the gym which was excellent for a hotel gym. The pool area was understaffed and service a bit slow. Overall cleanliness was excellent . The hotel provides good nightlife, casino, live music, dancing. I found the drink service poor.I would recommend a stay here if you don’t mind taking transportation for everything else as few things are walkable ( 20 minutes to nearest cafe) and I would not venture it after dark. Staff friendly some are bilingual.

Besides the shover and the breakfast , everything was good

Overall expérience was good

Cons:

1. We had to fill the tub in order to take the bath because the water was not be able to raise on shower . Was frustrating with 2 kids and my wife .
2. The was part was the restaurant : some one did give us a table , but after 7 min i had to Chase 2 Times a server to bring us culteries . I always have excellente service at breakfast . This Time , it was a awfull .

Pool crew were great and the working bond was definitely seen
Franklin Orosco, Bell-Hop was extremely helpful and provided additional information of the facilities and the surrounding area

Cons:

1. Room service Pickup, Needs Improvement, experienced tray picked up after 15 hours
2.Breakfast ends too early
3.With One restaurant on site, menus should be tailored to Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, not one menu ..Maybe theme Nights

Great resort-style hotel with awesome pool, tennis courts & instructor
Pros:

This hotel has a great « resort atmosphere” to it, with one of the best pool areas I have seen in downtown hotels. And for tennis players, it has 4 very well maintained clay tennis courts. Rodolfo is a very friendly Tennis Pro instructor who offers top notch lessons for all levels in English or Spanish at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and the hotel.
