Pros:

Whats not to like, cheap, clean, modern & the tv channels work, i go to London to watch Arsenal matches, use to stay in London hotels but they're overpriced, not modern at all & the tv is always like 14 inches & the channels never work, so staying in MK means i have less distance to travel home the next morning, but highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Also the tvs are maybe 30 inches & every channel works, bathrooms are very clean & modern too.... 👏

Pros:

Like going to jail!
Pros:

Location. Tv was ok, bit small. Disabled toilet was a good height and the bathroom was very generous. Room was quiet.

Cons:

Almost everything. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard, i ended up with a bad neck for 4 days. It was far too low for a person to transfer from a wheelchair who couldn't move their legs. Pillow was barely a pillow. I asked for an extra mattress by email and was told they'd try their best but on arrival there was none, I asked reception who appeared to look at me like i had lost the plot, she had no idea what I was on about.
There's nowhere to put your clothes except 4 static hangers on the wall. I couldn't get around to my side of the bed as there was a massive pillar in the way, I couldn't go around it in any direction and had to climb over the bed but this was difficult as my husband was in bed (he is the one in a wheelchair permanent) and I have cerebral palsy and struggled with my legs.
In the bathroom there was rust all under the grab rails, they eere unsafe, the shower head was absolutely filthy, it was so bad we couldn't shower in the 3 days we stayed- we decided enough was enough on the 3rd day and checked out a day early. There was no hot water anyway even if we did want a shower. We had one towel and a floor towel between us.
There was only 1 lonely bin located in the bathroom with no bin liner which is absolute unhygienic.

Cons:

I payed for extra night and had that linked to a previous night however left early hours of morning for event and we got back late that same day to find all our items were removed by housekeeping which did upset me and my partner due to miss communication which is not the staffs fault at reception.

Nearly good.
Pros:

Perfect price, no windows but it was even better sleeping experience. Nearly perfect.

Cons:

People were shouting on the corridors even at 3am,the emphasis on being quiet is non existent. There should be signs everywhere to shut up because others tries to sleep.
