Pros:

Très beau hôtel, très bon accueil. Lits très confortables

Cons:

Avant d’arriver à l’hôtel, j’ai demandé un grand lit double pour mon mari et moi sauf que nous avons eu une chambre avec deux lits simples séparés. C’est pour cela que j’ai enlevé la dernière étoile.

Great stay with partner
Pros:

Stayed here 4 nights with my partner. We arrived earlier than 3pm and paid €20 fee to get a room 2 hours early. The room we got was a corner suite which meant the balcony was really small, spoke to reception about it and they offered a new room right away - great customer service. The rooms are a good size and the air con is great.

The hotel itself is very clean. We used the gym which was reasonable for a hotel gym. We also used the indoor pool which tended to be quieter than the outdoor pool. Pool closes at 7pm which meant we didn’t go in the pool on the days we had planned the day out. Shame the steam room and sauna were out of service when we were there. We ate at the restaurant and at the pool bar, food was good. Drinks at the pool bar expensive, €15 for a cocktail and €18 for a spirit and mixer.

There are some bars and restaurants within a 15 min walk, so we stayed around there most nights had a lovely Italians, curry and tapas at La Pergola which I would definitely recommend (booking advised). Palma is a 35 min walk away, along the harbour. Mercadona supermarket less than 5 mins away.

I forgot some items at the hotel when leaving and they have been very helpful in trying to arrange a courier back to UK (especially Carolina the front desk manager - thank you!!)

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, Verbot von Reservierung von Liegen wird konsequent umgesetzt, Sauber, gute Klimaanlagen, gutes Hotel-Gym, Essen abends war auch ganz lecker

Cons:

Leider war das Servicepersonal (das Personal an der Rezeption war Klasse!) abends und an der Poolbar teilweise sehr schlecht gelaunt und langsam sowie unfreundlich, Poolbar viel zu überteuert, Preis-Leistung könnte verbessert werden und Eierspeisen sollten auch nochmal geschult werden.

Very good breakfast. Staff was very helpful and nice. Close to the city center by bus (10 mins)

Cons:

The main pool was on the shadow during the afternoon. If one wants to get sun and swim in the pool, you have to alternate between sitting by the pool and sitting in their solarium
