Tolles Hotel in Palma. Zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, tollem Pool-Bereich sowie Indoorbereich & Gym. Frühstück war gut. Gute Qualität, Auswahl ok. Lage ruhig und doch zentral.

Cons:

Zimmereinrichtung ist nicht mein Geschmack. Schwarze Stühle wirken eher preiswerter. Flure sehr warm und irgendwie nicht so einladend.

Lovely modern hotel with great pool, though slightly less central location
Pros:

Lovely modern hotel, bedroom balconies were great, fabulous outdoor pool, really nice bar. Staff were very kind and helpful - particular credit goes to guest services manager Marine who went above and beyond in helping resolve a small issue with our room shower flooding and providing generous compensation

Cons:

Location was a little less ideal being quite far from Palma centre, it’s manageable with Ubers / bus / longish walks, but not quite as convenient as being right in the centre of things

Our stay at this hotel was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

The worst part was the cleanliness of the room. We were expected to sleep on dirty bed linen. There were bugs stuck to the sheets, hairs that clearly appeared to be from previous guests, and visible stains that looked like bodily fluids. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel and made us feel extremely uncomfortable sleeping in the room.

The overall condition of the hotel was also very poor. Many things looked worn out, damaged and badly maintained, including the bedding and furnishings, which were old and frayed. The hotel looked nothing like the standard we expected.

On top of that, there was a loud party downstairs at night, with so much noise that we could not sleep properly.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we have had. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be the absolute minimum a guest can expect, and in our case even those basic standards were not met.
