Excellent location, comfortable and quiet room.

Cons:

We booked a room, which included beverages in the fridge. Unfortunately we had to call reception every day to ask for replacement. It happened the same with bathroom items.

Super Lage um Palma kennenzulernen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, um Palma und die Altstadt inklusive der Sehenswürdigkeiten kennenzulernen. Das Zimmer (Loft) war groß mit einem Balkon und Poolblick. Die Minibar wurde täglich (kostenfrei) aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Die angebotenen Mixgetränke an der Poolbar standen in der Qualität nicht im Verhältnis zum Preis. 13 Euro für ein Getränk das lieblos aus einem Plastikbehältnis (offensichtlich vorgemixt) ins Glas gefüllt wurde. Da ist Potential nach oben vorhanden.

Extremely disappointing
Pros:

The property is quite clearly used as a service hotel and nothing more. There is absolutely no atmosphere. We were on a couples holiday to celebrate company we’ve just launched so we were hardly looking for magaluf but at the bare minimum something with a nice atmosphere, some music by the pool or on the terrace but no. The customer service was shocking, I don’t think I have a smile the entire time from any member of staff apart from blonde haired lady at the bar who was run off her feet all day every day. The poor woman. Everything was being watched like a hawk and we felt extremely on edge the entire time. Being told to be quiet coming back from a celebratory meal - we were looking at new hotels to book that night. This is a holiday for goodness sake. My friend enjoys a cigarette - lots of people do when they’re away and trying to relax. One member of staff would say one thing, then she’s told no, then she’s told yes and provided an ashtray and a lighter and a place to smoke and someone completely different comes and takes it all away from her. Absolutely crazy service. No music, no background music despite having speakers everywhere. Just an all round terrible hotel, none of us would be going back to. Oh I also was given the email of the guest relations manager so I could set up something special for my friends - I’m back in the UK now and still haven’t had a response from her..

Hat alles gepasst !
Pros:

Lage aus unserer Sicht perfekt - Hafer mit Promenade in Gehweite.
Zum Frühstück hat mir nur die frische Omelette gefehlt, sonst Top!
Das Zimmer war groß und sehr praktisch ausgestattet.

Ausstattung heruntergekommen und viele beschädigt. Am Pool tolles Ölgeruch vom frittieren. Sonnenschirme Teil beschäftigt, Aussicht auf eine dreckige Hauswand. Einhaltung der Kühlkette am Frühstück sehr fraglich. Überteuert.

Tolles Stadthotel
Pros:

Tolles Stadt Hotel, super tolles Frühstück, man könnte in circa 30min am Hafen entlang in die Stadt laufen, sehr freundliches Personal, kostenlose Getränke in der Minibar auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Als einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Außenterrasse des Restaurants liegt zur Straße vorne raus. War aber okay, da sich der Verkehr in Grenzen hielt.
