Prompt shuttle service runs on-time but when we showed up 4am to take the shuttle to the airport most seats were already taken and had to squeeze in.

Comfy stay
Pros:

The transportation from/to hotel was great and convenient. The staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and it was clean in the facility.

Cons:

For a hotel this size the laundry room should have more washers and dryers (besides just the 1 set).

Pros:

The room/bathroom was clean and everything had been freshly restocked.

Cons:

Booking.com said that the hotel included breakfast, which was the reason we booked here over other similar places. The hotel's breakfast is made-to-order, which requires you to pay extra.

I had a confirmed reservation for 7/31/26 for a two night stay. It was canceled last minute by your establishment without reason an hour before check in. I purchased it for my daughter who was on her way to you without knowing the reservation had been canceled. I had to scramble to find her a place to stay which cost me double the price.

That my daughter didn’t get to experience your hotel which was chosen for a specific reason
