Second stay. Not impressed
Pros:

Closeness to AP

Cons:

The BED. Low to floor. You could hear and feel the springs in the mattress. Also soft and lumpy. Zero comfortable sleep for $239

Also had to wait 1/2 hour for shuttle pickup for a 5 minute drive. And the hotel was quiet on arrival.

Pros:

This is my second stay here and the facility is impeccable. Cleanliness and friendly staff can't be beat.

Cons:

The television signal went out due to a rain storm. I was told that it would be restored in a short time frame but had never been restored. They apologized but didn't compensate for the interuption.

Better than many airport hotels, and convenient enough for spending time in the city.
Pros:

Good location with plentiful parking and free shuttle to/from airport as well as the nearby train station (upon request). Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean.

Cons:

Airport shuttle left at certain times every 30 min - we did not realize this and just missed one. Fortunately, they were able to make a special trip, but it would have been nice to know there was a schedule.

Great Location, Great Staff Overall and Very Clean
Pros:

I loved how I was able to bring my pet with no problems. I also loved the cleanness of the whole Hotel and how Great it smelled when you walked the property

Cons:

I really did NOT like the Young Lady's Attitude who I spoke with a the Desk late Sunday Night. She had the worst customer service out of the whole staff. From someone who works in customer service this type of behavior is disgusting and she should definitely be Re-Trained. Just Know It's Nothing with Putting a Smile On Your Face and Being Helpful

The hotel was reasonably priced and a clean facility.
Pros:

The shuttle to and from the train was appreciated. Fee parking was great.

Cons:

We wished that a free breakfast would have been included. The location doesn't have much to offer in restaurants or entertainment.

nice relaxing and stress free, location, convenient for catching flight
Pros:

friendly staff, very helpful shuttle driver gentleman who knowing I needed to take my hire car back, volunteered to follow and bring in back to the hotel in the shuttle bus.

Convenient location to the interstate and a Wawa minutes away...The staff was super nice and very pleasant...They were having an issue with their system being down but handled everything professionally and with great care...the courtyard area was nice for us having a dog with us also...
