C’était mon deuxième séjour dans cet établissement et je le recommande.

L’hôtel est confortable et propre, et le personnel est très agréable, accueillant et souriant.

À seulement quelques minutes de marche du tramway, il permet de visiter facilement tous les sites à proximité.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Pros:

Staff were brilliant. Aircon in my room stopped working on the second day at around 2:00am and the staff (ibrahim) who was extremely professional dealt with it promptly switching us to another bedroom. Great for the price - steam room, sauna brilliant touch too.

Pros:

Отличное месторасположение! Рядом есть и магазины, и много кафе. До остановки трамвая пешком минут 5-7, до метро минут 10-15. Можно даже пешком дойти до парома Еникапы. Именно из него мы на пароме потом уплыли в Ялову.
Прямо рядом со входом в отель находился обменник с хорошим курсом.
Персонал очень вежливый, всегда старается помочь. Как то понвдобился штопор. Спустилась вниз, попросить его. Было уже поздно, ресторан не работал. Так сотрудник вышел в магазин, купил штопор и помог мне открыть бутылочку вина!)) Огромное спасибо!
А от аэропорта до отеля нас довезли на очень комфортном автомобиле, где можно было разложить сиденья, а потолок завораживал красивой подсветкой! Супер!!!
У нас были только завтраки и завтраки были прекрасны! Очень уютный и красивый ресторанчик на втором этаже, разнообразные блюда, чай, кофе, напитки, зелень, салаты, горячие блюда... ням-ням!)) Я всегда плотно и сытно наедалась на завтраке. Но надо заметить, что я и не привереда в еде, ем практически всё без исключений и не придираюсь к мелочам и тонкостям. Мне было сытно, вкусно и визуально красиво.
Номер выглядел не так, как на фото, но тем не менее было вполне комфортно в нём жить. Он, конечно, маленький по площади, но мы весь день гуляли, поэтому мне было хорошо.
Душевая кабина вровень с полом - обожаю такое! Когда нет высоких бортиков -👍
Убирались в номере каждый день. Всё чисто! Давали питьевую воду в бутылках тоже каждый день.
Каждый дерь 1 час можно бесплатно ходить в хамам помыться и попариться. Но надо заранее об этом договориться, чтобы хамам прогрелся. Есть тренажеры.
Если смотреть по карте, то вокруг рядом с отелем несколько мечетей. Но это вообще никак не беспокоит! Я ни разу в номере не слышала эти мечети ни вечером, ни утром. Ну может слегка, в отдалении вечером. Утром слышно ничего не было, спали прекрасно! Кондей выручал, охлаждал как зверь!

Hi i loved the hotel it was just in perfect location the staff was amazing we had no problem at all
