Pros:

Очень внимательный персонал , всем большое спасибо, особенно девочкам на завтраке. Они так хорошо за всем следили, все было на месте и везде было чисто и аккуратно и главное каждый день все свежее и в большом асортименте

Super séjour
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, dans un quartier animé, proche des transports en communs (bus, tram, metro et marmaray), très propre, le personnel est agréable toujours souriant, le petit déjeuner très variés et très bon un plaisir et le petit plus le SPA qui est super.

Cons:

Juste la chambre pour 3 personnes , y avait un grand lit très confortable mais le canapé lit n’était pas pratique

For 2 days , I could give a thump up , but could be really better . Choices are many

The staff was very polite and very helpfull, in any demand or question they try to do anything to help , that was an excellent .

Cons:

The room was very small , even I booked for 3 persons , the 3rd bed was just a chair , not linen not a pillow not even was ready for us . Even towels were only for two . And in description was like junior suite , was really small , not for 3 persons !!!! Also the cleaning was really poor , was stamps on carpet maybe from coffee , and was not cleaned , the wc area was really small but I think was the only clean area .

Pros:

The only receptionist who was helpful was the female one..the men were useless

Cons:

Room was dirty, we found and old kebab in our fridge..and the toilet was not cleaned.
The area around the hotel was centrsl but not so clean or safe.

Pros:

Hotel hezký, v centru jich zas tolik pěkných za dostupnou cenu není. Nejvetsi vyhodou je, ze je na yenikapi marmaray a dostanete se uplne do vsech vyznamnych lokalit.

Cons:

V noci se třese postel a polštář, asi nejaka hudba nebo nevim co je to za zvuk, zni to jako basy z hudby.

Excelente experiencia en Estambul
Pros:

Me alojé con mi familia y tuvimos una excelente experiencia. El hotel está muy limpio, ordenado y cerca de los medios de transporte. El personal es muy amable y respetuoso. El desayuno es variado, delicioso y excelente.

Recomiendo este hotel totalmente. ¡Gracias a todo el equipo por su excelente atención!

Éliminer la chambre 705 y’séjourner n’est pas agréable
Pros:

Le lit bien large et très confortable, le petit déjeuner délicieux et varié et tous le personnel très accueillant et souriant.

Cons:

La chambre était au dernier étage aucune vue malheureusement.
Apparemment le mur mitoyen c'est la pièce ou se trouvait la chaudière alors le bruit le soir dérangent .
