Big room. Comfy bed. Complimentary Airport transfer. Generous breakfast. Good coffee.
The main problem was the plug was jammed into the sink, which meant the sink had to drain through the overflow. And there was no soap left in the shower - luckily I had a spare travel soap with me. Since we arrived late at night there was no one to tell until the morning.
We are extremely happy with our stay! The hotel was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had some of the best nights’ sleep.
The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Many of us speak Polish, and it was such a pleasant surprise that one of the staff members spoke Polish as well. He was incredibly kind and made communication so much easier for our group. We truly appreciated his help and warm hospitality.
The breakfast was outstanding, with generous portions and everything tasted absolutely delicious. There was a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality food, and it was one of the highlights of our stay.
We were a group of more than 10 people, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay, and we will definitely be recommending it to all our family and friends. Thank you for a fantastic experience! That also offer transfer from and to the hotel from airport which is a massive plus!
Property was clean and close to the airport
There was no working AC in our room it was extremely hot since temp outside was 35 + host did know about it but failed to let us know
In the morning of us leaving there was no one on site even at 8 am Sunday except cleaning lady who told is to leave key card on the table of restaurants terrace . Booked room for 4 people received towels for 3 and one small toilet paper roll

We really weren't expecting much ...we were just looking for somewhere to crash for an early morning flight. The place was very comfortable, the food was excellent and the rooms were fantastic. There was a very warm and welcome feeling in comparison to a large hotel. The shuttle driver was prompt (4 am departure), and a great conversationalist. We would absolutely recommend London Rooms to any traveler!
The elevator wasn't working (or we didn't find it)...we are physically capable of lugging our bags up the stairs, but could have been problematic if that wasn't the case.

Very friendly staff, everything was clean and tidy, and we were met right at the airport. Very tasty breakfast! Amazing service for very little money.

Hotel very close to the airport, had a good restaurant. I believe Renato was the name of the water, he was very kind and motivated.
The receptionist/waitress was so impatient and careless with us. We booked room for 4 adults and 1 child (11 years old). When we arrived she has told us that this hotel had no 5 bedrooms, no options, no support, no solution. She has shown us the bedroom and said: there are 4 beds, and making hand gestures showing us to move the beds together, leaving merciless. We had a dinner in the place, the good and gentle waiter move the table for us. This “lady” confronted him in front of us, talking in Croatian - so rude. And the cherry, she came in the end of the dinner, dropped 5 improvised plates with some bread, diary and 1 juice, saying tomorrow there will be no one in the hotel (Sunday).

It was hot inside the rooms even with air conditioning on.. rooms were not clean there was hair from previous guest on sheets and garbage inside the bathroom garbage can
