Pros:

Insgesamt ordentlich, liebevoll einfach eingerichtet. Für den Preis vollkommen ok. Kaffee, Saft kostenlos. Netter Herr, der wohl zu Dienstzeiten als Ansprechpartner gilt

Cons:

Es wird kommuniziert, das Rauchen sei auf allen Flächen nicht erlaubt, doch ist auf dem Balkon, welcher vom Aufenthaltsraum zugänglich ist, ein überfüllter Aschenbecher zu sehen.
Das Bad riecht wie ein Männerpissoar im Einkaufszentrum. Dies war auch der Geruch, welcher uns bei Einzug ins Zimmer entgegenkam.

Es gab einen zentralen Aufenthaltsraum, an dem man zusammensitzen konnte, moderne Türschlösser, neues schönes Bad in der Ferienwohnung

Cons:

Die Unterkunft wird derzeit umgebaut, es gingen Kabel aus der Decke, rohe Wände, Löcher in den Wänden, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sehr muffig, das Bett war extrem durchgelegen, Parkplatz nicht ausgeschildert

Das Zimmer hatte schöne weiche Betten und einen Kaffeevollautomaten. So bekam ich morgens meinen Latte Macchiato sowie Apfel- oder Orangensaft jederzeit gratis dazu.
