The location was just perfect.
I had asked for a handicap accessible and i got a small room with regular tub and a large shower chair that only went half way into the tub.

The lady at the front desk during check-in was phenomenal. She was very customer service oriented. The one in the early morning hours was helpful as well. The bed was very comfortable and it was in a great location.
The Key cards had to be redone x2. The toilet lid had to be replaced. The bathtub needs to be redone, it's all chipping off. The rail by the bathtub was NOT drilled into the wall. My sister went to grab it to help her in the shower and it came off the wall on the bottom. Had i not had been there and she woykd have fallen...... that would not have been good for no one involved. I understand they are remodeling but do not put people in rooms that things aren't working properly. The pool was green, I was told it would be ready the next morning...... no go, it was still green. I'm hoping they get it remodeled faster than anticipated. We would definitely be back to stay as soon as it is remodeled.

The staff were very accomodating
No soap. No coffee maker. Cracked wall. Unsightly ceiling repair. Poor color choice on bed wall, 1/2 the wall was red. Renovation in progress.

My original room I booked was in horrible condition king room pictures off wall...looked haunted old out dated pools of water on the ground was downgraded to an awful queen room was clean but noisy floor smells like smoke it's supposed to be non smoking just nasty hotel for the price and advertising
It is vastly different than when I stayed here 2 years ago. The staff is friendly they're definitely paying attention to their jobs they are helpful they don't get rude even when other people are getting rude to them just a big improvement over what it used to be. It feels a little safer there's a lot less traffic it's very quiet and relaxing
Mainly how much improvements they had made was a very very impressive fee because this place was very run down I'm very shady and it's just not that way anymore I would stay here again.
The staff is nice and helpful i been here a month and I like it price is good to breakfast is good eggs and sausage links biscuits and gravy some days bacon or ham eggs with cheese bagels cereal waffles oj coffee apple juice cranberry juice
I liked all of it
I was told I couldn't come back to the property again, and I'm not quite sure why. I didn't smoke in my room, I paid for my stay. I wasn't extra messy and didn't bother the staff with nonsense. But was told I couldn't come back. I'm in a wheelchair, this is the only thing I can think of that bothered people maybe I was in the way or too slow. Whatever the reason, I wish someone from the staff would tell me so I can know what I did wrong for future reference
