Cons:

They have given up, they do not even try to improve anything. Everything is broken or in disrepair. Easy fixes too. The windows, the bathrooms, the furniture. Everything needs to be redone. The whole property is surrounded by litter and no employees clean up anything.
The street noise was impossible.

I went into my room and it was an absolute shit hole, we walked down hall way and there was a crackhead using herion . Do not stay here. We asked for a refund because my partner was scared for her life. And got nothing I return. Absolute joke.

Awful would not recommend

Location was good close to overground/underground thats all I liked.

Cons:

Very tired decorating. Room filthy, dust all over and over bed frame as you can see where wiped it in photo Divan bed base disgusting with stains all over it. Bathroom was filthy, toilet seat broken flush button broken. Mouldy shower curtain, thick dust and debris in extractor fan.
Slept on top of quilt as it was so hot but also was not wanting to see what sheets and mattress were like. Lamp not working.
I was in room 222 very noisy due to being at the end of corridor and the doors banging every time they closed due to not fitting together properly. Outer lift door banging when closed , no matter how carefully you tried to close the doors. So not a great nights sleep either night . Dirty lifts and foyer. I only stayed because I was out most of the day and due to paying up front non refundable could not afford to go stay anywhere else due to high prices. Nearly went to go sleep in the car.
I know its a budget hotel but would still expect general cleanliness and maintenance to be up to standard.

While the hotel is in a good location near the center, the noise level was unbearable. There was absolutely no sound isolation, and it stayed incredibly noisy until late in the morning. I could not get a good night's sleep

Cons:

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Although the location is close to the city centre, the noise level was unacceptable and continued until late at night and early morning, with almost no sound insulation at all. The room itself was very poorly maintained, with loose laminate flooring, stains in the bath and on the toilet seat, and a toilet flush that kept running constantly throughout the day. The room also became extremely hot, with no proper ventilation or cooling available.
To be fair, I knew before booking that this was a 2-star hotel, so I was not expecting luxury, but I honestly did not imagine it would be this poor in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort.
