bed was comfortable, location was good

Cons:

sink was falling off, bathroom door didn't lock, toilet didn't have a proper flush, heating wouldn't turn off, net curtain had suspicious stains on it

Room was so dirty and unhygienic that I was afraid for my health
Pros:

yeah the room is somewhat close to the metro, but the entire city is!

Cons:

THE STATUS OF THE ROOM
Literally black mould in the bathroom and mountains of dust in the room! (see pictures)
The status of the room was despicable. I can't believe this can be legally sold as a hotel room.
Oh btw the wifi didn't reach my room, but I think that the reception had signal. dunno, I tried spending there as little time as possible.

It’s like staying in a youth hostel that hasn’t been upgraded in 30 years.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Shower had no pressure… staff couldn’t speak English and were rude… dirty…. Broken bathroom, beside lights and power didn’t work.

Great staff, bad first room
Pros:

The staff was excellent. After I originally complained about my room that was in very poor condition. They swiftly changed my room. The second room was much better.

Cons:

The first room was poor. Its clear the hotel is under staffed as bedding and other laundry items where still in the corridor with only 1 person on the desk.

Did the job, roof and a bed for the night following a concert, but the hotel needs updating.
Pros:

Booking in went well, the gent who served me seemed pleasant enough.
Onsite parking was a plus and it's location to the Hammersmith is an easy enough walk.

Cons:

Paying extra for parking was a negative.
The overall condition of the hotel was not the best, it would definitely benefit from a decent refurb.
The room did it's job sure, but the bathroom in the room was in dire need of upgrading.
There was a questionable stain on the curtains, and the main room itself is also needing an update/ redecoration.

Uncomfortable stay
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The room was very small, the bed wasn't comfortable and the bathroom needs decorating, their was mould on the ceiling and the shower curtain looked old, the window handle was broken, the floor in the was not cleaned.the t.v was small and wasn't tuned in.
Not good value for money. The pictures on the hotel website need updating .
