Check in was easy, hotel room was amazing, loved it. They have real coffee in the way orf coffee pods in the room. Loved the bed. The guy who serves at Bar Guilty made you feel very welcome indeed. The price was very good too. I would come back here again, no hesitation at all!

Bon emplacement, un peu excentré mais facile d'accès par transports publiques. Situation très calme. Nous avons aussi apprécié la taille de la chambre, aisi que les "petits plus" (café et thé, peignoir et pantoufles).
notre chambre donnait sur un mur avec un juste un coin de vue dégagée. Mais pour le peu de temps qu'on y passe, ce n'est pas rédhibitoire.

Been at the Nhow London for a couple of nights now. Unfortunately, I’m here through the end of the week. Sure, it’s clean with fun styling. That does not make up for terrible hospitality. So far every time I’ve asked the front desk for directions or suggestions so I can explore this exciting new town I’m in, they’ve complained to me that I am not doing this for myself. “Don’t you have a phone? Don’t you have Google Maps?!” The front desk attendant has repeatedly given me intentionally wrong directions, sending me miles in the wrong direction on foot. This has waisted SO MUCH of my valued vacation time. If you are so inclined to seek local info from your hotel’s front desk, this place is not for you.
Check in took a good deal of time. So, while my wife was checking us in I went to the bar to order us a couple of drinks. I ordered my wife a glass of wine and myself a martini. The bartender did not know how to make a martini. It’s not that they made a bad martini. It’s actually the bartender did not know how to make that drink. If you enjoy cocktails or fine dining, this place is not for you.
My wife and I came packed for a weeks stay. We like to keep our room tidy, so we can enjoy our in room time together. Our room doesn’t have any dressers or drawers to put our folded clothes into. I asked the front desk if they had a luggage rack, so we could at least use our suitcase as a makeshift chest of drawers. They don’t offer that. When I asked to at least get additional hangers for the closet, the answer was “no”. If you like getting dressed up to go out when you’re on vacation, this place is not for you.
I value my privacy. When I went out today, I made sure to put the Do Not Disturb sign on our door. When I returned from going out today, the bed was made. Of course, I don’t mind the bed being made. What I do mind is the lack of respect for my wishes to not have my room entered. If you don’t like having your privacy invaded against your will, this place is not for you.
All and all I would say this place values what their Instagram image is far above actual care and service for their guests. I would not return here. I would not recommend to others to stay here. I wish I didn’t have to finish out my London vacation here.

Food was not served all day. (Kitchen opened at 5pm)
Took 50 minutes for our drinks to arrive.
1 hour and 20 mins for food to arrive.
Only 2 other tables in the restaurant.
No vinegar, no tartar sauce to go with fish and chips.
No hand towels in toilet.
