Great location, very nice spacious rooms. Breakfast and happy hour were great.
Pool was a little small and got crowded, but that is expected with a large hotel.
Close to downtown and Omaha zoo!
Other guests helped me navigate the lines at my first breakfast. Taelorrae’s mother was exceptional that first morning: she noticed I had nothing to drink and quickly provided some hot black tea and milk; then offered to get me some blueberry pancakes and wrapped them to take to my room to enjoy. My whole reason for staying in your hotel was to celebrate my 80th birthday at M’s Pub just 2 blocks away, all day Saturday July 11. The train from IL arrived Omaha 2-1/2 hours late, well after midnight. And the train back home departs Omaha at 420 am.
I liked everything really...everyone friendly, nice room and really loved the breakfast. Coming back in Sept.

Everyone was so polite and respectful. They even had a client that parked wrong and then hit another and it was all handled calmly and quietly. Front desk was very accommodating with getting me easy access coming and going due to an issue with my back. Everything was clean and nicely kept up. Thanks to everyone who made a positive contribution to a family wedding stay comfortable.

Location was great downtown to walk to various places to eat and things to see and do.
Staff was fantastic especially breakfast cooks! Had great buffet or cook fresh pancakes and omelets! Had happy hour and snacks later in day! Rooms had a lot of room.
For me the beds weren't great, had to put extra cushion on it and some of furniture in room was not very comfortable anymore and maybe needs be updated. But that didn't stop room from being functional and just fine for everything in the area. Wish it had a hot tub but that doesn't make or break anything.
