Good area and it’s near everything
The hotel is fair in term of location just close to the highway and the airport.
In my years of travelling this the worst hotel with rude staff I have ever encountered. I checked in on April 30th and realised it wasn't the choice of hotel I was looking for, I requested the hotel staff to change my check out to 2nd May 2026 before checking in and He said no problem and it was effected. I checked out and realised I have been charged for the entire stay, and when I asked the staff said, don't worry our manager will assist you. Long story short, the manager was so rude, she started shouting and telling me to leave her propery since I booked with a third party or she will call security on me. She left me there standing and left the building and instructed the staff on duty not to assist me and sort with whoever I booked with and she's the manager and there's nothing I can do.

It was a nice place
Everything was good
We liked that it was not too long of a drive from downtown Kalamazoo where we were spending most of our time on the trip. We didn't hear much noise from any other rooms.
The hotel is very close to a busy highway, so it was very noisy at night. The eggs at breakfast were not made well. The comforter that actually had some weight to it was only the size of the top of the mattress, which made it very difficult to share with someone else. I also disliked that there were no USB ports in the room for chargers. All hotel rooms that I've been to recently typically have USB ports on the bedside table, but they didn't have these here and I hadn't brought a charger box to be able to plug it into the wall.
Lobby, front desk staff was excellent, he was professional in a suit, smile on face and very friendly. Got us some playing cards when there were none. Room big & clean
Pull out couch mattress was terrible, and the blanket with it not so great. No easy to reach plugs at the bed to plug in cell phones or cpap
Close to Wing Center
Nice room with a good breakfast included.
Nothing
Didn't think much of the breakfast at all. Everything was cold except the eggs that came out just about the time we were leaving. Location of dining was good.
Breakfast and one blind in our room (104) was disconnected at the top so couldn't get completely closed for our comfort.
Clean & modern.
Comfort & location.
