Vibe is beautiful and breakfast was great but hospitality sucks.
Pros:

The breakfast was great I was there for four days a nd was different everyday. The hotel has a very beautiful old historic vide. The location is perfect it's downtown and very close to ASU.

Cons:

They did not clean the rooms for the stay and you have to use your same towels and empty your own garbage without bags and if you out of toilet paper you have to ask or buy your own.

Pros:

The staff was excellent. The facilities was clean.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable one side slumped. No parking. Had to valet says nothing about that on your site. 30 dollars is a lot . After paying to stay at hotel.

I loved the room
Pros:

The room was quaint, roomy & exceptionally clean. I loved the esthetic.

Cons:

The lobby had a very odd order. However, I am overly sensitive to orders, so it may not bother anyone else.

Pros:

Clean, quiet hotel a stone's throw from the Biscuits and the Legacy Museum.

Cons:

We had a 4pm check-in, but our room wasn't ready until 6pm; we weren't the only party waiting for our room. Staff wasn't terribly sympathetic to the situation.
