Great location
Pros:

Great location, close to anywhere in Tenjin and just 5 minutes to the closest train station. Staff was not super friendly but efficient.

Cons:

The bed was sagging badly on one side, it gets uncomfortable through the night

Great staff. Wide selection of great amenities. Comfy bed.

Cons:

I was staying consecutive nights and booked hotel parking as well, but I had to move my car between 11am to 3pm so it was slightly inconvenient.

Ok. Got me through the night
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

It was super hot when I entered the room and the air conditioner was difficult to figure out. Eventually it kicked on after a couple of hours

Pros:

Very convenient location, good soundproofing, free coffee in the mornings.

If you like having new towels, slippers and pajamas every day, they will leave a bag on the doorknob with a new set and a bottle of water even if you leave the DND sign up.
