Room not ready at check in time. People knocking on the door at 3:00 a.m.. someone busting in the room saying that they thought it was empty at 6:00 in the morning. Bought a two bed but received a one bed room.

Elyton hotel is great
Pros:

Amazing stay at the Elyton hotel for my son’s wedding here in Birmingham. The hotel was great. Great location! Very friendly staff and the valet service with Lee and Melissa was friendly and fast. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was welcoming and friendly
Pros:

We had a space reserved for meeting. Everything was clean was the staff checked on us a few times to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. The valet was also friendly and delivered my vehicle in a timely manner.
