Hotel vicino all' aeroporto di Eindhoven..dopo un super ritardo Ryan air di ben 13 ore, la cosa migliore era dormire vicino all' aeroporto e questo hotel era la scelta migliore avendo prenotato all' ultimo momento

Idealny hotel na nocleg przed lotem

Worst experience ever
Cons:

Our Ryanair flight was delayed until the following morning due to a technical issue with the aircraft. Once it became clear that Ryanair would not be able to arrange accommodation, we booked a room at Holiday Inn Eindhoven Airport through Booking.com.

After checking in and entering our room, we were shocked to discover that it was completely unfit for guests. There was no bed or any other furniture in the room—only construction materials and building equipment. It was clearly still under renovation and should never have been available for booking or assigned to guests.

When we returned to reception, the staff appeared overwhelmed and communication was very difficult, as they spoke very little English and no Dutch. We were simply asked to wait while more and more guests arrived with exactly the same problem. Despite this, guests continued to be checked into rooms that were clearly unavailable.

Eventually, another passenger managed to contact the hotel manager by phone, after which replacement accommodation was arranged. Unfortunately, this hotel was around 30 minutes further from the airport, and the room was of a noticeably lower standard than the one we had booked.

As a result of everything that happened, we did not get to bed until around 3:00 a.m. Because the replacement hotel was further away, we had to get up again at 5:30 a.m. to return to the airport for our rescheduled flight.

Efficient.
Pros:

Clean, well located, although the finding the entrance and exit was interesting by road. I had local help with navigating the road system. Noise from the airfield was not noticeable during my stay. I needed a room within easy reach of the Airfield as I was flying out the following day and it could only be nearer if it was located in the terminal building.
