The location was amazing for exploring Lisbon. The room was beautiful, the pool area was relaxing and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The building that breakfast is in is absolutely breathtaking. We couldn't believe it when we walked in and saw what it looked like and the outdoor Courtyard for breakfast just added to it
Being dropped off the street below and having to bring our luggage up the streets with the cobblestones, however, we appreciates no vehicles on the street that the hotel is on

We loved everything! The location, staff, amazing room, products in bathroom, spa, delicious meals. We didn't want to leave. The staff made our stay so lovely and the hotel is gorgeous, and it smells gorgeous from the minute you walk inside.

Location and luxury of this hotel. Perfect for exploring Porto. We had a superior room and it was in the original part of the hotel. Fantastic breakfast and we could eat in the garden area. All amazing and highly recommend.

The staff, the location and the services provided were very good
Our room was not great even though the hotel upgraded us with a balcony which we appreciated but the room was disappointing.
It was ling and narrow and quite dangerous if you got up in the night so we had to leave a light on. The toilet had no sink so you had to go into another room for cleanliness. We happened to see our neighbours room which had much better configuration so we were probably dealt a bad set of cards!
Perfect location for exploring and a beautifully restored historic building
A simply stunning hotel, recently renovated from a ruinous building with all of its history preserved. The location was perfect, the beds super-comfortable and the breakfasts just what was needed ahead of days spent exploring.
