Everything!! Accommodations, location, staff. What a beautiful hotel. I would stay again and the history is awesome. I believe the building dates back to 1500's but there is a new hotel in the back. Great shops and restaurants right out the front door!

Situated on the shopping street R. das Flores, plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Perfect location for station, river, markets, shops and historical buildings.
We had a room on floor 1 it had a nice private outside area with a couple of chairs. The room was spacious and clean.
We didn’t eat in the hotel as plenty of nice places for breakfast very close to the hotel.

Good location in the centre of Porto with easy access to all major sights and the train and Metro stations. Our room was upgraded to a higher floor and to the rear giving us a beautiful view and avoiding any noise from the street. Excellent buffet breakfast served by friendly staff

Everything was lovely. We would have given 5 stars overall, but the carpets leading to the guest rooms were very dirty. Other than that, rooms were lovely, staff was friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a superb hotel in a fabulous position in Porto. I would thoroughly recommend. From the reception staff to waiting and bar staff nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and tidy, facilities were excellent and service in point. The breakfast was fabulous and an à la carte option as well as the buffet makes a difference.

Porto Bay Flores was an excellent place to stay during our first trip to Porto. All the places to see were within easy reach, even by foot. We were not reliant on public transport. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home immediately. Our room was very well equipped and of a good size overlooking the central courtyard. We could not have wished for a better breakfast. We had one dinner at the Bistro which was good, although the Porto Bay Teatro Bistro was even better. We would very gladly return to the Flores in the future. Highly recommended.

Such a wonderful hotel all around. The staff was top notch, super friendly and attentive. The hotel was beautiful, with tons of charm while still being completely well maintained and nicely renovated. We had breakfast which offered tons of options and everything was delicious. The location was also top notch. Right in the middle of town, central to everything. I have absolutely no complaints about this one of a kind hotel. Loved everything

Excellent location , the room was very well designed and comfortable with well equipped bathroom. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Bar is a nice area. Both drivers for airport transfers showed same high standard of service as hotel staff.

Had a lovely stay at Portobay Flores. We had the suite with a balcony and it was very comfortable and clean. The people at Portobay were very competent and made our stay pleasant. We also had a relaxing dinner in the bar/lobby aresa and the food and drinks were very good. Thank you. The only thing that was disappointing was the day we checked in we told them it was our actual anniversary, and nothing was done...just a note with one of those tiny bottles of port on the coffee table. That is why 4 stars.
