格安の割にとても良かった。
Pros:

クチコミを見ると騒音や匂いなどの不安要素がありましたが、騒音はほとんどなく、匂いは部屋に入る前にカレーのような匂いがした程度で特に気にはならなかった。騒音対策のためか、耳栓を装備していたり、至る所に消臭剤を置いていたりと、対応をきちんとなされているところが良いと思いました。2人で泊まり、1人3000円もしない格安で不安でしたが、快適でした。

Cons:

1階の部屋が1つ扉を開けなければ見当たらず、どこにあるのか分かりづらかった。

寝れればいい人向け
Pros:

駅や繁華街へのアクセスは良いので、大阪を楽しみたい人（ホテルは寝れればいい人）にはオススメです。

Cons:

・無人チェックイン・チェックアウトのシステムが分かりづらいが、電話するとすぐに対応スタッフにつながった。
・チェックアウト時にも手続きが必要だというような文章がデスクにありますが、チェックアウトは手続きが不要だという旨をハッキリ明記してほしいです。
・部屋の窓がとにかく汚かった。かなり長いこと磨いていない印象。
・窓の外の室外機の振動音が壁を伝ってきます。重低音に過敏な人にはつらいかもしれません。
