The hotel's location is excellent and was very convenient, as it was within easy reach of our meeting venue.
Despite my unfortunate experience with the bed bug bites during this stay, I would still consider returning because of its convenient location. However, I hope the hotel takes stronger measures to address this issue to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay for future guests.
After the first night, I woke up with numerous bed bug bites all over my legs. When I informed the reception, they explained that this is a common issue every summer. While I appreciate that they changed the bedding, it did not change the fact that I had already been bitten.
The bites are extremely itchy, and I'm concerned that the marks on my legs may scar and take a long time to fade. This experience has caused significant discomfort and has negatively affected my stay.
Everything about our stay at Courtyard Floreasca was excellent! The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The cleaning staff did a great job. All of the employees were friendly and helpful.
We especially enjoyed the amazing and delicious breakfast buffet every morning. Much thought and effort went into providing such beautiful and nutritious breakfast options. Again, the staff at the restaurant, Solt, were efficient, friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the friendliness and help provided by Donna. She worked hard but also took time to visit with us when she could. She went out of her way to offer special assistance when we needed something extra. She along with many others are an asset to the restaurant.
We also enjoyed many dinners at Solt during our 10 night stay. Every meal was beautifully presented and delicious!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience in our stay. All the staff was amazing. Very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We especially commend the staff in the dining room. The food at breakfast and dinner was amazing! The service was incredible! The waiter, Donna, a Filipino young lady, was exceptional. She always asked if we needed anything and always had a smile. A very good worker.
