Cleanliness
9.4
Multiple reviews explicitly state the hotel/apartments are very clean (e.g. 'very clean', 'Czysty', 'Pænt og rent'), indicating consistently high cleanliness.
Service
9.6
Numerous mentions of friendly, helpful and responsive staff and reception (WhatsApp support, quick delivery of requests, guided check-in), supporting an excellent service rating.
Location
9.6
Repeated comments cite a very central, convenient location near shops, transport and attractions while still quiet — strongly positive location sentiment.
Room Quality
9.4
Guests praise spacious, well-furnished apartments, comfortable beds and good bathrooms; minor negatives (thin walls for some, shared microwave) slightly reduce a perfect score.
Amenities
9.1
Good amenities noted (free/underground parking, equipped kitchen, bar, luggage storage, fast elevator); some gaps reported (microwave only in shared kitchen, occasional limited cookware).
Value for Money
8.8
Overall positive experience but isolated mentions of price being 'a bit high' and central location affecting cost lead to a slightly lower score for value.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast is repeatedly described as very good/complete/rich across reviews; limited offering for dinner options noted by one guest.
Overall Experience
8.5
Many guests explicitly recommend the hotel ('Highly recommended', 'Above expectations', 'Perfect Hotel') and note convenience and comfort; a few operational or value minor issues temper a perfect overall rating.
