Being a seasoned traveler staying with Marriott over 100 nights a year I have to give this hotel a extremely high rating. An oasis in the desert offering unprecedented quality services and amenities in Kathmandu. Most of all because of the people the service and professional attention they genuinely give. Honorable mention to Sarita in the club lounge Always a lovely warm smile such great hospitality skills, she truly cares about her customers and it shows . See you all again soon 🙏

We had a wonderful dining experience at Edamame. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavor, and the service was equally impressive💫. A special thank you to Sushma and Shweta for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and friendly service. They made our visit even more enjoyable. I had a great stay at the Marriott Kathmandu Hotel, the staff were very friendly, warm and kind towards me (the service was great!). However, perhaps the quality of the boiled eggs could be improved as some were a bit black and green in colour, which was a bit concerning. Other than that, the food quality is mostly reliable and the lobby is very peaceful. Parash was a very caring waiter at the buffet and all the staff were very sweet :) had a good time here.
This hotel is lacking soul and feels has too much like a businesses Center then true luxury Nepalese stay however the Hotel staff working here makes up for it all! They remover our names and what coffees we need in the morning, we always had nice chats and laugh together. My absolute favourite was Parash who knows what a true hospitality is about - Thank you for adding character to me holiday!
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. If you stay on one of the higher floors, you'll be rewarded with a beautiful view. I had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 13 days at this hotel and everything was simply perfect. Room cleanliness impeccable, lounge and restaurants food and attention by staff outstanding. From the person that cleaned everyday our room (Ms Deesha), to the staff at the lounge (Mr Maharjan, Ajay, Sarita, Mohir, Suraj, and other) we always received a welcoming smile and could appreciate their very professional work. They made our stay there much better.

Second time I have stayed here. It is a great hotel in Nepal with good amenities a nice selection of restaurants and super friendly and helpful staff. Gyan Kumari in particular was very helpful when we were looking for a quiet place to work where we could charge our laptops.
