I loved my stay here! The staff were amazing! I wanted to give a special mention to Sandip, Meghna, Menuka, Sushmita, Pravakar, Saroj, Parash, Elina for being so wonderful!
Club lounge is very nice with sunset view and waiters and waitresses excellent and efficient service , make me feel at home
Car service is good but a bit expensive

This Hotel is in really good location convenient and staff are friendly. It’s my fourth time but keep on forgetting to write a review. The security staff also now recognise me when i came last time so their attitude behaviour hospitality is really good. I visited this hotel at the night for family dinner. The food was really delicious. The atmosphere was so cool and enjoyable.
Bidit, Sujit, and Manila were absolutely amazing in terms of behaviour and service. We enjoyed our time here. Great Hospitality!!!
Location is very good it is near to every thing. and it is possible to go to the center by walk.

Very accomodating staff and welcoming
Everyone here is so amazing! The staff have even remembered my name and friends two years later. Sujit and Manila and Sandip at the Thamel Kitchen are so amazing! The chef Alisha and dristi ,sushmita are all lovely and talented. I am a great fan of the desserts.
What made our stay at the Marriott Kathmandu so memorable wasn't just the excellent hotel itself, but the extraordinary people who work there.
From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine warmth, kindness, and care that went far beyond professional hospitality. Yuhraj looked after us beautifully at breakfast each morning, while Sarita's warmth made us feel instantly at home. Sarita and Prasamsha also made wonderful cappuccinos that became part of our daily routine. Pemba and the front desk team helped us navigate some challenging travel logistics with patience and grace, and the concierge arranged excellent tours and a fantastic driver.
What struck us most was that this spirit of care was everywhere—from the security staff to the spa and restaurant teams. We felt truly welcomed, looked after, and valued throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful experience here. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Its central location made it incredibly easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. Excellent value for money, and we would definitely stay here again!
