Kathmandu Marriott Hotel

Had a wonderful stay! The room was amazing—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The room service was excellent, always prompt and attentive, and the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

This was an outstanding stay, made truly special by the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and always willing to help, but Nirdesh deserves special recognition. His dedication, hard work, and genuine care for guests were exceptional. He was constantly checking to make sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay.

The Club Lounge was another highlight. The views were fantastic, and the complimentary food and drinks were delicious. We were pleasantly surprised that all of this was included with our room, making the experience even more memorable.

A heartfelt thank you to Nirdesh and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service.

I recently stayed at Kathmandu Marriott Hotel and had a wonderful experience. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It offers easy access to many parts of Kathmandu, making it convenient to visit major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas while still providing a peaceful and comfortable environment to return to after a day out.

The hotel itself feels a little older in some areas, but it is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The room was comfortable, and I had a really enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was definitely the highlight of my stay. I'm quite adventurous when it comes to food, so breakfast was something I genuinely looked forward to every morning. The selection was excellent, with plenty of local and international options, and everything was fresh and delicious.

What made the breakfast experience even more memorable was the incredible hospitality from the team. Since I was travelling with a friend, the staff remembered us and would always kindly escort me to my friend's table each morning without me even having to ask. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly welcomed.

A special thank you to Pravahor, Sahul, Susmita, and Chef Alisha for their exceptional service. Their warm smiles, attentiveness, and genuine care made every breakfast an enjoyable experience and truly reflected the hotel's hospitality.

Room service was also impressive. Orders arrived quickly, and the team was always responsive and efficient whenever I needed assistance.

Overall, while the hotel may show a little age, the cleanliness, convenient location, outstanding service, and wonderful staff more than make up for it. They made my stay in Kathmandu truly memorable, and I would definitely choose Kathmandu Marriott again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay, as always! This is my 4th stay . The staff are incredibly kind and attentive and the facilities are perfect. Spa is very good, and the views of Kathmandu cityscape and mountains are simply spectacular. Highly recommend

I am titanium elite member with over 140 stays till July this year. I stay in many different Marriot properties around the world but this one I’ll remember. Y days 5 nights of pure kindest modesty and care from the hotel staff. Special thanks to Menuka ,Santoshi, saru, Mina,shusmita,manta,elina from the restaurant, amazing team from the M Club and all management. We stayed in Junior and Executive suites very good standard and amaizong mountain view.

We had an amazing experience in the Marriottt Kathmandu. The staff are super nice and accommodating. Thanks to Chef Anisha, Elina, Parash, Susmila Abilene Chef, we had enjoyed some wonderful meals and spent some quality time here in Nepal.

The location is good. The room is clean. I really liked the relaxed atmosphere. All of the restaurant staff were outstanding. They remembered my preferences and served me exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Parash, Saru, and Sushmita!

Being a seasoned traveler staying with Marriott over 100 nights a year I have to give this hotel a extremely high rating. An oasis in the desert offering unprecedented quality services and amenities in Kathmandu. Most of all because of the people the service and professional attention they genuinely give. We had a wonderful dining experience at Edamame. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavor, and the service was equally impressive💫. A special thank you to Sushma and Shweta for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and friendly service. They made our visit even more enjoyable. I had a great stay at the Marriott Kathmandu Hotel, the staff were very friendly, warm and kind towards me (the service was great!). However, perhaps the quality of the boiled eggs could be improved as some were a bit black and green in colour, which was a bit concerning. Other than that, the food quality is mostly reliable and the lobby is very peaceful. Parash was a very caring waiter at the buffet and all the staff were very sweet :) had a good time here.
